We hit 94ยฐF (34.5ยฐC) today. That ties the record high for the date, and is our first record high set or tied since June 2020. It's also the latest we've gotten this hot since 1979.

Ohhh shit, we've got a chance of flurries in the forecast for Thursday! Of course that's far ahead enough that the forecast can easily change a lot before then, but this is still the first official possibility of frozen precipitation this season.

Here too, NWS has a chance of snow Tuesday night/Wednesday morning. High was 73 (23 c) today with overcast skies. Had some drizzle in the evening but donโt think it amounted to anything.

No sign of fall here other than some leaves changing. Stuck in this mild and humid pattern. Highs next week in the low-to-mid 70s. While it's comfortable, it would be nice to have some crisp weather.

Looks like we hit an hourly low of -5C this morning! That's our coldest temperature since May 5th. Thankfully we hit a high of 19C this afternoon, so we're not quite in full cold season mode. We seem to be having a fairly slow and gradual transition into the colder weather this year, so that's really nice and appreciated.

First freeze of the season this morning in Fontainebleau, a frost hollow in the SE outskirsts, which must be about in line with their normals.
Meanwhile the low was 7.5ยฐC at Orly airport and 8.6ยฐC at Paris-Montsouris.

Turns out our official low yesterday was actually -5.9C. Pretty chilly, but not quite cold enough to kill everything. I remember around this time in 2019 we hit a low of -10C overnight and then all the grass was completely dead the next morning. Whereas here we've still got some green left.
