High/low of 65/55 today with partly cloudy skies and a scattered shower in the afternoon. Just 0.01" of rain, 0.16" fell in storms yesterday. “here” Even Central Park had 61/53, 63/51 at the CWOP in Roslyn. Your boteving is out of control

Now a fair way through the month, and the strong negative anomaly remains: at Hunters Hill it's currently the coolest October by maxima since 2003 (the record low), with a –3° C anomaly. Cabramurra is running a solid –2° C below even the 1962–1999 dataset, let alone 1996–2020.
A definite trend-breaker as recent Octobers have been consistently warm and dry.

I expect it to be epic. If he says the low was above 50 F, I know he is lying. Hit 40 F today, coldest since May.

SMHI started up their snow-map today. Most likely the start of a permanent snow-pack in Lapland. Very large amounts of snow forecasted for Kiruna the coming days.

Min temps in Martin County this morning. Not hard to figure out where the winds dropped off and where they didn't. I was in the battleground zone with a low of 65.7 F (18.7 C), the lowest of the season so far. The wind kept up for most of the night, but a brief calm window allowed radiational cooling from 1 AM to 5 AM.

Pretty mild (for the season) morning today, 44 F (6.7 C) with a 39 F (3.9 C) dew point and mostly clear as of 7 am. One last warm day today with a high of 72 F (22.2 C) predicted and mostly sunny skies, although clouds are supposed to make their way here late in the afternoon/overnight with the incoming cold front.
Only 50 F (10.0 C) predicted tomorrow with rain, will feel chilly compared to today and yesterday (which hit 77 F / 25 C).

Today's predicted high of 23C (if reached) will be the second highest temp this month and one of the highest temperatures so far this spring. The absolute lack of heat has been a joke.

30C today and 30C tomorrow, a short break from this piece of shit Cocktober.
Cocktober's achievements thus far:
-3x Fizzlers, while Shitney Penroids are getting storms at my expense, -Almost 3C below avg MTD. Shitney/Penroids Meanwhile are 2C warmer than here MTD
Nothing but endless heat in northern Aus, which is NOT getting dragged down here
Continuing the running gay gag that started from the moment 2020 started
