It dropped below -2C this morning (with a windchill of -7C) and tomorrow we're supposed to have a high of 29C. Gotta love the shoulder seasons here!
I had to scrape frost off my car this morning for the first time since spring. Definitely not something I look forward to doing everyday soon.

Well we've already blown past our forecast high of 29C for today - currently sitting at 32C as of 2:00pm. Ultra low humidity as well, down to 12% right now. It's been a while since the air's been this dry.

Is that a record for the latest it's gotten that hot? No, October has a record high of 32.2C on the 5th. Hard to imagine 32.2 C in Saskatoon in October, wow. Looks like you guys actually hit 32.2 C yesterday, and it's only 8 C this morning! Nice swing. weather.gc.ca/past_conditions/index_e.html?station=yxeHere it's boring as fuck. Overnight low was 79 F (26.1 C) and today it's headed up to 90 F (32.2 C) with a 70% chance of showers and thunderstorms.

That 32.2C is actually just the hourly reading, the official high yesterday was 32.9C which is pretty great for mid-September! Now I expect we won't hit 30C again until next year.

Highs/lows here this weekend: 86/70 yesterday, and 78/67 today.
94% (6.80" out of 7.26") of the month's rainfall here fell in TC Ida on Sep 1 which means that just 0.46" of rain has fallen in the past 18 days here. Grass is pretty brown as a result. So a much wetter than average month, but it doesn't look like it.

I note it's only 5.9° C and raining in Warrnambool VIC (38° S @ sea-level) as of 3:10 PM—impressive for Sep.

High only 9.6C in Riga with rain in the afternoon. Highs in Latvia from 4.9C in Rēzekne in the East to 13.1C in Liepāja in the West.

10.8C was the high here. Now down to 5.7C. The last week has been brutal, with 12.6C being the record high.

High/low of 76/64 and partly cloudy, just about your standard fare, comfortable September day. No complaints

Nice, cool day today, high was only 60 (21 c). Windy too so felt cooler. Now it’s already down to 50 as of 8:50 PM.
A few trees are turning yellow but could also be due to dryness—only 37% of normal precipitation since June 1st. Still looks pretty summery though.

Looks like this will end up as a cold september in eastern Sweden and most of Finland for a change.

We had a nice cold front come thru last night. Yesterday tied for the hottest day of the summer in OKC, and the Norman mesonet site was only 0.1°C short of the hottest temperature this summer. Yet today it is only in the mid-upper 70s (~25°C), with a dew point in the 40s (~9°C). Those are the coolest midday temperatures we've had since June. We'll be pushing 90°F (32°C) again from Friday on, but this cooler weather will be pleasant while it lasts.

I blame Russia for bad weather. Low Roland over Russia has created unnecessary cloudiness over Latvia today, so it has stayed completely overcast all day in Riga. Low has been 5.7C and high is 9.3C. Similar tomorrow
