Jilin I guess. NH/VT too mild with those choices anyways.
Jilin is definitely too dry in winter but I'd prefer actual cold temps to those anemic winters in the NE.

VT / NH. Similar summers but much milder (and snowier) winters. I don't see any reason why someone would pick Jilin.

VT/NH at least has only moderate summer precipitation and much warmer temps in general.
