This is a very bloomy year. Some years have lesser blooming, some more. This year is one of the latter. This bird cherry is almost completely made out of flowers. Found a place completely infested by snails.

Few snaps from earlier today at Wpg, temp was 7C at the time, light rain. Grass quite green from all the rain there has been.

Strong storms in the area late in the afternoon and into the evening with several severe warnings. Nothing that intense overhead. Some menacing looking clouds before storm hit. Mammatus clouds around sunset behind storms.

Brown leaves are starting to appear on horse chestnut trees. Sad. Anvil elongated by stratospheric winds last Saturday, from a storm about 100 km to the southwest of my position. Please note the parched grass.

Took a bike ride near Fontainebleau last Saturday. The weather was sunny and warm (around 28°C). Overlook over the town: There was a strong smell of timber!

Went to the botanical gardens in Ringwood, NJ last weekend. It was in the 60s and overcast with the threat of rain. Only had a few drops though. Didn't take a ton of pics since I was with a tour group.
