I pick Seoul because it's not bad outside of the two insanely rainy summer months. The rain isn't even the worst part. It's the 80F lows, the high-70s Dewpoints, and the fact that the sun completely disappears behind a grey sheet for months. I think I might even hate summer here more than winter

On the surface it looks dodgy, but all other sources are very similar.....so probably correct. I'd like to see the official Met Site figures to be truely convinved. station must be located between a dozen of their hi rises on the sidewalk with 1000 aircon units above it. Yep, absofuckenlutely terrible sensor placement...

Hong Kong, best combo of seasonality/good summer temps with nice warm lows but also not as hideously cloudy as Taipei

Was surprised with the Taipei figures too. Makes sense given the station placement though.
I picked Hong Kong, they all kinda suck and Hong Kong is the least shit one imo.
