Bom Jardim da Serra is one of the coldest cities in Brazil, located on a plateau at 28 degrees South and at 1200-1400 metres of altitute. The climate of Bom Jardim da Serra is Temperate Oceanic (Cfb), with 4 seasons and abundant precipitation. Due to its proximity to the tropics, the climate has monsoonal influences, with summers getting more precipitation than winters. The place is quite windy, so there are a lot of wind turbines there. The biome that surronds the town is a Temperate Grassland with a few sections of Subtropical Rainforests and Araucaria Coniferous Forests. The town is also one of the safest ones in Brazil.
Here are accurate descriptions of each season according to a someone who lives there:
Summer: The worst season. Balmy temperatures, but too much thunderstorms and apocalyptic rain.
Autumn: Mild temperatures and moderately wet.
Winter: Mild temperatures and moderately dry. Snowfall may occur.
Spring: Stereotypical British weather.
I give Bom Jardim da Serra a C-. It would be better if it was colder and drier. It's a depressing climate, but it's one of the best ones Brazil has to offer.

Could you please use direct image linking from now on, we need to conserve space on the server otherwise we'll have to start paying money. cdweather.boards.net/thread/151/server-capacity-posting-photosAlso, I rate the climate a C-. Inoffensive and boring. Looks like here without the extreme high records, but a higher chance of snow at least.

D+, winter seems interesting for the temps and summer is good if it gets storms but too mild, wet and boring overall

B to B-, it has similarities to both my own climate and my dream one, but the rainy summers, low record highs and cloudiness drag it down. Otherwise, not too bad.

B-, the temperatures are inoffensive and decent, but it could use warmer and much drier summers. I have to dock many points from this for those wet crummers (and relatively dry winters)

Torn between B- and C+. If I had to live there and experience the windiness the OP described I'd probably change my B to a C.

Its similar to the high altitude climates found in the New England Ranges of NSW....so just a fairly stock standard Southern Hemisphere climate re altitude and latitude. Here is Guyra, NSW ( 30.2*S and 1329m asl ) And Glen Innes, NSW ( 29.7*S and 1044m asl } I don't mind these climates, despite the winter cold. Solid C+ - B-

D+, worse than London. I donโt like how the temperatures are so mild yet the weather is not enjoyable, especially in summer.

Likely they do but if you venture east of Armidale towards Dorrigo, the rainfall is much higher and even Ebor has an altitude of 1350m and much higher rainfall ( 1246mm ) than the towns further west. Dorrigo ( lower elevation 731m asl, than the OP's town ), is the wettest place in NSW with almost 2000mm per annum.

B for me. Could be drier in summer, but not too low though. Winters could also be drier, but I guess it's fine as is Spring lows should warm up by 3-5F too

C-
A bit boring but inoffensive, if not very pleasant.
Contrary to what I usually say, I'd prefer the wet season in winter and the drier (but still reasonably wet) season in summer. Still not too bad in summer though as there aren't many rain days (less than 50%).
Good summer temps with no extreme heat.

D. Too wet and cloudy. Looks like a shittier version of many northern NZ climates. It's actually very similar to Kawerau in Bay of Plenty, except Kawerau would get 500+ more sunshine hours.

Temperatures are nice, but the endless clouds are depressing. With my ensoleillement hours it would be a B, but the cloudiness and the precipitation bring it down to a C- for me
