Not so bad for its location and geography. Winters slightly chilly for me and summers too long, but a B- or C+ (depending on the year)

C. Chihuahua has fairly comfortable and pleasant climate, but it’s too dry, has large diurnal ranges (bad in winter) and overall doesn’t have much of the weather I like.

C+ Decent sunshine and love the dryness but winter nights are too cold with the potential for snow.

D
Not a fan, too hot, sunny and dry. The summer lows aren't horrible and winters look pleasant.
