Yeah I can see the need for a good passing spot but I still prefer the other one. Dat one corner after the hairpin is so damn fast.

Yeah I can see the need for a good passing spot but I still prefer the other one. Dat one corner after the hairpin is so damn fast. Yeah, it does definitely allow foor good testing variation! MotoGP can use the hairpin for long lap penalty in case Viñales misbehaves on the start Almost like a ride through!
That corner after the hairpin would be very nearly flat in an F1 car, might even make it flat in qualifying, but more like 120 mph on a motorbike. So I don't think it would be a major challenge in a car anyway, rending it a bit redundant for that besides from "having fun"! It would be a bit like Barcelona if that corner was used for cars - as you know Barca is phenomenal for motorbikes, but horrible for racing when it comes to cars, even though the original high-speed layout is one of the most fun layouts I've ever driven until they butchered it So good riddance for the Spanish Grand Prix! Agreed?
Either way, I designed an extension of Trois-Rivières to 3.08 km/1.91 miles! Having the back straight hit the kilometre mark should definitely allow for some entertaining IndyCar street racing, righto? To me it looks like an excellent IndyCar circuit after these modifications, very much like Toronto's track now! Indy Grand Prix de Québec fuckan!

He should run for Ultimate Führer of the EU. In fact, he is probably the leading candidate for the 2050 election.

Oh my god that was embarrassing. He's honestly doing way worse than Dani Pedrosa did there last year.

Lorenzo? Jajajajajajajajajajaja! Oh my god that was embarrassing. He's honestly doing way worse than Dani Pedrosa did there last year. A few thoughts on it:
1. Why the hell haven't Dorna and Catalunya figured out a way to erase the old Turn 10 if it's not going to be used anymore and build an earlier corner with the same angle in the red runoff area? Now there's 90 metres of runoff but what difference does that make when it's a T-bone hairpin? There's 50 metres between the hairpin and the original turn to build something new. Had the old turn's angle been used, Lorenzo wouldn't have ended up in a T-bone situation because Dovi's bike would've had a completely different angle and also the front-end losses would be fewer since the braking zone would've been more smooth.
2. With four bikes laying right beside the road at a dangerous place, why wasn't the red flag coming out, which is standard procedure in a mass crash? Mainly to ensure no fluids had ended up in the corner, but that would also give the three crashed riders a chance to take a restart. Just DQ Lorenzo and get on with it so the fans get to see a race. I say this as a Marc fan, this was not a fun way to have his three main competitors just wiped out at once.
3. Why do Dorna encourage Michelin to make a cheese tyre that does not last the distance at maximum attack, no matter which compound? That causes the Dovizioso slow-rolling early doors and artificially large packs that can a) lead to accidents like this, b) lead to Craig Jones/Marco Simoncelli-like situations with fatal head injuries due to large groups not being able to parry a stricken rider in the middle of the road. Motorcycle racing is not NASCAR and they need to learn that. Give them a tyre that lasts and Dovizioso would've been 1.5 s clear of Lorenzo at that stage, at least.
4. Why is the same tightness celebrated? Isn't this supposed to be the pinnacle of motorcycling where the best riders should be able to make a proper difference? With harder tyres more difficult to get up to qualifying temperature, the best would also excel more. To me it looks a bit silly the way things are going right now.
5. Since MotoGP is way more dangerous than F1, why are riders allowed to physically move their competitors offline like Rins with Petrucci? They don't have haloes, deformation zones, seat belts and all that. If any series needs stewards it's MotoGP because of the whole nature of the sport.
6. How the fuck did Lorenzo not get a grid penalty for Assen? Sure it was absolutely not on purpose, but Viñales got three places for being asleep on his in-lap in qualifying and Lorenzo destroys three other riders' races with his mistake and walks from it?
7. Dorna need to wake the fuck up before one of the major stars gets run over during one of their fucken epic wank wank wank 10-man battle races At Assen last year, I was just glad to see the chequered flag without any injuries the way that turned into collisions, beating and banging. This type of racing is going to end in disaster, sooner rather than later. Next time something happens similar to Simoncelli, it won't be a freak accident, the way the field has been artificially bunched up together like it's Talladega or something.

In other news 🖕🏿Mörön🖕🏿 , I maded an extension to your favourite track Knutstorp, into a MotoGP-ideal 4.02 km layout Thoughts on the new loop? I kept corners reasonably tight to stay within Knutstorp's twisty DNA, but still offering some high speeds! The final turn would be a nerve-wracker...
The paddock area then? That would be built behind Turns 3-4 and be accessed through tunnels from the pitlane.

Lewis basically just said - "There's so much hate in this world. Can't keep a brother down."

Maybe you and I ought to take part in that race 🖕🏿Mörön🖕🏿 -san? That way you might learn the Nordschleife! Who'll be the third WWF bro with us? knot seems like a safe pair of hands during the night hours around that narrow Tablelands-like rural road, doesn't he?
Either way, so long as it's a nice car, I'm sure I can get my real-life bro to be our co-driver!

eh...I doubt it. I'm loving the Lewis tears in this video. Nico Rosberg was the only driver besides Alonso who stood up to Lewis.

I can't wait till Mercedes decides to leave F1 as a team. I don't mind if they supply engines but this current iteration needs to fuck off. Anyway, 24h of Nürburging was amazing. After dominating for so long, that #911 Porsche got a penalty as an Audi R8 LMS won.

Toto needs to get on his meds again All Hammy's been needing to do last few years is "not crash the car" and if he's on the way to get defeated, the maFIA will fix it for him. Bugger me sideways...

i was just coming to post this utter and complete codswallop. If Hamilton had been unlucky with team choices he'd have no world championships. He is incredibly lucky.
