Remarkably shitty forecast. Kronoby is gonna have some incredibly remarkably cool highs. Must be record breaking, surely. Remarkably normal forecast in Trondheim.
Let's see. The lowest highs in Kronoby on the 22nd and 23rd have been 2.1C and 2.8C in 1985. On 21st May 1968 they had a high of 1.2C, and on the 22nd a 2.8C high.
Since 1985, the coldest around those dates have been 4.4C on 24 May 2004.
1991-2020 Avg high on the 22nd and 23rd is 17.0C
So most likely all-time records won't be broken, but a 2nd place is likely.

Well I don't wanna get my hopes up too high since I've been disappointed several times this spring, but right now it's looking like we're actually legitimately getting some proper rain in the coming days. That part of the forecast has been consistent for some time now, on both Environment Canada and The Weather Network. So we'll see. Also that stretch of cloudiness at this time of year is quite unusual, but I'm thinking it's probably not actually gonna happen.  |

I saw a forecast high of 72F/22C tomorrow, but it won't be 72 in the afternoon. It's supposed to be 48F/9C and raining at 6pm. The wind changes from west to east and the temperature drops quickly.  Meanwhile, Madison will reach the low 80s/upper 20s since it's far enough inland to avoid this kind of thing. |
