They use Meteogroup because they're cheaper, has been quite a controversial decision.

Met Office is the most accurate you'll get, all other forecasts are based on their data. I usually post Wetaheronline stuff because that's what other people here use. Ballkelly is your nearest location, stop trying to pretend you live higher up and more inland. It's not my nearest location. It's over 6 miles away and it's right on a floodplain right beside a lake, so that will make a difference. Your nearest Met Office weather station is Magilligan No.2, your next nearest one is Banagher, Caugh Hill... As for forecasts you used to switch between Limavady & Dungiven.

Exactly, some members know where he lives. I don't understand this obsession with trying to make his location look colder than it is by using deliberately misleading data.

Past two days have been great with periods of heavy rain and temperatures generally below 4 C. Some of my favorite weather. Not crazy about these mild temperatures, but at least there's decent rain chances. Should be wet all weekend. Looks like ski season will be coming to an abrupt end.

mild winter week, but nothing crazy like last week's 78°F. Relatively stable, could be wrong but this winter feels more variable than usual. Well the sudden drop to chilly tomorrow and then back to mild isn't stable, wonder what's causing the back and forth? will check later and last week. Besides the heat [warmest winter da on record], it got much more humid while the ridge was over us, fast overnight decline after the hottest day, followed by light snow and a warm up today. You can see that both mornings of the warm days had fog that took a while to clear Celsius for the foreigners: Summary of the week before and forecast of last week to compare to actual temperatures cdweather.boards.net/post/36135

Yes and there is a 2c difference between those locations.. So you would think that my point about the floodplain and more elevation would be accurate.

From now on I'm going to use forecasts from a colder part of Wrexham, in an attempt to pimp my climate.

That location is at high elevation. I have used a location off the floodplain and a few miles inland to suit the forecast to my location which is not at the floodplain.
You do not know my area at all Razza. If I wanted to edit my location I could use the 700 metre mountain which has -5c highs.

Your minimums will be lower than Magilligan as you are a few miles inland, but not as cold as Caugh Hill, probably the difference between the two... I thought you had a weather station in your garden?
