An antithesis to this: cdweather.boards.net/thread/4777/most-depressing-type-weather-opinionWhich specific weather condition/type/temps (be it something you experience in your real-world climate you live in or visited, or what you would like to experience more often) brings you the most enthusiasm and excitement, or simply enjoy? For me, it's mid-upper 90s °F max temps with 75-80°F dews followed by kick ass storms cooling things off in the evening for action/excitement and relief, also 110+°F temps with hot hairdryer conditions come close, though I have limited experience with that one.

High temperatures in the upper 80s-mid 90s, dew points in the 70s, partly cloudy skies followed by some epic lightning displays in the late afternoon, clearing off for sunset, leaving the air warm and saturated with humidity after the sun goes down.

1. Cold rain changing to wet snow, which happens around the freezing mark.
2. Low-mid 80s with dew points in the 50s and sunny skies.
3. Overcast skies with temps in the 50s and extremely humid conditions. Even better if there's drizzle.
4. Crisp, frosty winter mornings with temps in the upper 20s/low 30s and blue dome skies.

Simple one really.... the first storms of the 'build up' appearing on the horizon to the east of my house, watching the towers explode upwards, then the first cooling outflow winds as mother nature's AC kicks in... the rumbling thunder heightening the anticipation of the first drops of rain after 5 months of 'dry'. Then the sweet smell of petrichor as the earth greedily laps up the life giving rains.... BRING IT ON !!

80-95 F (27-35 C), dew point 64 F (18 C) or less, rather gusty 15 mph (24 km/h) breeze, and mostly cloudy or overcast. Mother Nature's way of rocking my world. Happens for only a couple of hours on a couple of days a year around here.
Does anybody know of a place where these conditions occur regularly? Even better when such a day is topped off with evening storms.

Monsoon season in southern AZ Pretty well a Darwin 'dry season', although not every day... we can have sub 10c dp's or + 20c dp's depending on local weather patterns during the months of May- Sept. Cloud/overcast not that common but we do get some overcast days during the dry season.

1) 24-30c, 12-20c dews, sunny, and breezy
2) 18-26c, humid with light to moderate rain and maybe some fog
3) 10-18c, anything goes at this range, preferably not too much dry overcast
4) Thunderstorms with heavy rain

I'm gonna go with my favourite weather that happens here in Zagreb, and I'll go by the seasons:
Winter: 1. Overcast with snow, especially if it's heavy snow. Preferably at or below the freezing point. 2. Clear blue dome skies with a hard morning freeze, magnificent after an overnight snowfall.
Spring: 1. Sunny weather with the development of thunderstorm clouds, giving way to thunderstorms.
Summer: 1. Hot and sunny weather, preferably over 33C. Great for the beach and pool. 2. Hot with high dews, development of a big electric storm that comes during the afternoon or at night, with a spectacle on the skies and heavy downpours.
Autumn: 1. Fog in the morning, then dissipating and revealing the blue dome skies. 2. Some clouds in the afternoon sky mixing with the sun, making the skies look yellow and orange. Very beautiful.
