Milano, it's an improved NYC with a stronger summer drying trend, less snow, and less extreme record lows. Would've chosen that myself if it weren't so cloudy. But I don't think NYC is as sunny as its sunshine hours make it to be either way.

But I don't think NYC is as sunny as its sunshine hours make it to be either way. Nope, should knock off at least 10% from NYC's sun total. Still probably a tad sunnier than Seoul though. Really a toss up between Seoul and NYC for me. I think I'd lean towards NYC for having more evenly distributed precipitation.

I would assume that NYC's actual sunshine hours are around 2350 to 2400 at best. US sunshine hours are overstated by 200 hours (compare US Detroit's and Canada's Windsor's sunshine hours) .

NYC.
Seoul's winter averages are better but the extreme humid summers are not for me.
