Today's sun angle was 14.7 degrees, the lowest will be 14.5 degrees from the 18th to the 24th before it starts going up again, which is roughly equal to the sun angle around 7:35pm on the summer solstice.

7,5° today, lowest will be 7,3°, same as ~21:20 on the summer solstice. It was sunny yesterday but little of the light hit the ground as it's too sideways and everything is in shadow.

We're currently at our lowest sun angle right now, 14.5 degrees. Got there on the 18th and will remain there until the 25th. It's roughly equivalent to the sun angle at 6:40am/7:40pm on the summer solstice.

Back home in Christchurch the sun peaks at 69.9 degrees.

Just passed solar noon with the lowest sun angle at 11:54 local time today (+60.20° at 6.36°S).
Lowest solar noon sun angle in Indonesia is in Dana Island (+55.56° at 11.00°S) at 11:50 local time (10:50 Jakarta time, so a little over an hour ago)
