Lol if I moved about 30-40 miles north, I would see a sun angle below 40 degrees a couple of days out of the year. Sun angle bottoms out at 40.4 degrees here.

Today (November 26th) peak sun angle was 42.83 degrees. That means the sun is directly overhead at 21.07 S and on the horizon at 68.93 N.
Sun angle is getting quite wintry by our standards. Sun is quite benign now, and it's already at a low angle by about 3/4 PM.

33.2 here today, i would like to say i got a bit of a tan in the sun from doing work outside past 2 days. We are at the time where sun angle is only slowly decreasing now. Minimum is 30.8 on winter solstice! Cant wait till it goes back up! UV index is still a 3 and doesnt drop to a 2 till later in the first week or 2 of decemeber, not sure what day specifcally, december 6th? 7th maybe? 8th? Thats the lowest it will get on a sunny day here and it lasts till start of january i believe.

Today (November 30th) the peak sun angle was at 42.14 degrees. That means the sun is directly overhead at 21.76 S and on the horizon at 68.24 N. Right now (3:33 PM) the sun angle is at 21.36 degrees. Really long shadows, but the sun not quite low enough yet to create that golden glow that I love. Only 1.7 degrees to go until the solstice.
