Tromsø since 2000:
Warmest high:
2000: 22.6 (July) 2001: 24.4 (June) 2002: 23.6 (July) 2003: 25.8 (July) 2004: 26.3 (Aug) 2005: 25.1 (July) 2006: 22.3 (Aug) 2007: 24.6 (July) 2008: 22.1 (July) 2009: 25.0 (August) 2010: 21.5 (July) 2011: 28.8 (July) 2012: 22.3 (July) 2013: 28.3 (June) 2014: 29.7 (July) 2015: 23.2 (Aug) 2016: 27.6 (Aug) 2017: 24.0 (June) 2018: 28.6 (July)
On average, that means 25.0°C for the warmest day of the year, which is rather warm considering the average July high is about 15°C.
Warmest night then?
2000: 13.9 (July) 2001: 14.6 (June) 2002: 15.3 (Aug) 2003: 17.3 (July) 2004: 16.3 (July) 2005: 15.6 (Aug) 2006: 14.1 (June) 2007: 14.5 (Aug) 2008: 12.3 (July) 2009: 15.3 (Aug) 2010: 15.2 (July) 2011: 14.2 (Aug) 2012: 16.8 (July) 2013: 15.5 (Aug) 2014: 16.0 (July) 2015: 13.3 (July) 2016: 15.3 (Aug) 2017: 12.5 (Aug) 2018: 20.8 (July)
Average of the century so far: 15.2°C, which is rather impressive for the latitude.

Kuopio is rather interesting because it's inland at 62°N, but in summer sees occasional very warm nights because of its position in a lake district. Since 2000: Maximum high: 2000: 30.5 2001: 29.1 2002: 27.9 2003: 30.3 2004: 27.0 2005: 29.3 2006: 30.3 2007: 27.6 2008: 25.2 2009: 27.8 2010: 33.8 2011: 29.6 2012: 30.1 2013: 30.2 2014: 30.4 2015: 27.6 2016: 27.1 2017: 24.5 2018: 31.5
The average for the full 19 years was 28.9°C, which considering its long-term 22°C average highs and being inland, might be considered quite moderate, especially when stood alongside Tromsø's 25°C for said timeframe.
Maximum low: 2000: 21.6 2001: 20.0 2002: 18.6 2003: 21.0 2004: 18.9 2005: 18.1 2006: 21.1 2007: 18.0 2008: 14.8 2009: 16.6 2010: 22.4 2011: 22.3 2012: 19.5 2013: 20.3 2014: 19.7 2015: 15.8 2016: 18.4 2017: 16.0 2018: 20.3
Average for warmest night of the year: 18.6°C, this inland at 62°N and with eight of the 19 years recording lows above 20°C! Do you think there are any other places on the Finnish mainland that can match two decades of 18.6°C maximum lows Ariete ?

Lommaren I have no idea. Probably several. BTW, Kuopio's all-time record high is 35.4C in 2010.

Lommaren I have no idea. Probably several. BTW, Kuopio's all-time record high is 35.4C in 2010. I see there are a few separate stations in the town, so probably just a differing one to the station I saw. Anyway, 18.6°C would appear rather consistent with Nyköping's warmest nights, so I guess some coastal stations with 14°C average lows might better Kuopio, but for the latitude, it's still rather impressive.

Saint Petersburg since 2000:
Warmest maximum:
2000: 30.2 2001: 32.9 2002: 31.2 2003: 31.6 2004: 28.3 2005: 29.8 2006: 34.3 2007: 32.8 2008: 29.9 2009: 26.9 2010: 37.1 2011: 31.5 2012: 32.5 2013: 32.7 2014: 32.4 2015: 29.3 2016: 31.5 2017: 27.5 2018: 31.7
The average is 31.3°C, which is quite well in line with 23-24°C average highs.
Warmest minimum:
2000: 19.7 2001: 24.2 2002: 21.5 2003: 22.2 2004: 18.8 2005: 20.9 2006: 22.5 2007: 22.3 2008: 18.5 2009: 18.1 2010: 25.2 2011: 22.7 2012: 23.6 2013: 22.9 2014: 22.2 2015: 18.8 2016: 20.7 2017: 19.3 2018: 21.4
The average warmest night sticks out though, at 21.3°C! Although Saint Petersburg has rather similar summer lows to Stockholm, it has a much stronger overnight heat potential judging by this. For example, that 25.2°C low in 2010 really stands out.

Winnipeg (The Forks): Warmest high: 2000: 33.1 2001: 33.8 2002: 35.0 2003: 36.3 2004: 31.4 2005: 33.2 2006: 35.7 2007: 35.7 2008: 32.5 2009: 32.7 2010: 34.8 2011: 36.4 2012: 35.1 2013: 33.5 2014: 32.5 2015: 33.4 2016: 34.9 2017: 34.1 2018: 36.7 The average is 34.3°C for the full 19 years, which corresponding to normals above 26°C and being inland would seem rather normal. Warmest low: 2000: 21.6 2001: 25.1 2002: 24.4 2003: 24.1 2004: 21.2 2005: 25.8 2006: 22.1 2007: 25.1 2008: 21.7 2009: 19.6 2010: 22.8 2011: 24.0 2012: 21.4 2013: 21.7 2014: 20.6 2015: 23.8 2016: 21.4 2017: 21.6 2018: 22.0 Average for 19 years was 22.6°C, which is maybe not something associated with the Prairies, but some really warm nights in that UHI. Mmm, that looks pretty reasonable to me Lommaren since that area is still pretty vulnerable to that modified tropical air from the Gulf of Mexico. In fact Manitoba has had 30C dew points before: www.ec.gc.ca/meteo-weather/default.asp?lang=En&n=D19BCCEB-1Can you do the same data for Thompson, Manitoba? That is a pretty interesting climate. They got quite hot last summer.

Right on the shoreline on the Russian border by the looks of things? Only the airport is on Météo Climat by the looks of things, but I reckon it's not as favourably situated for warm lows? Mainland locations right on the shore can be quite interesting in that regard because they can also get warmth during the day. The Oxelösund-Femöre station 17 km by road from here is one of those.
