What the hell happened in 2004? That's barely above the average daily temperature in July and August, right? Heathrow's warmest day in July 2007 was 24.0c, barely above average.

Whoa, how is NYC's average annual high higher than DC lol DCA’s average is 99°F as well. Newark (NJ) is a degree higher than NYC at 100°F, it’s probably the northernmost place on the east coast with an average annual max in the triple digits.
