Wtf, I just saw Your Name and for whatever reason I got waaay more touched by that movie than I've ever been by another movie. I literally had a spiritual awakening it feels like. It awoke strabge feelings of deja vu as if I had experienced the same as the people in the movie and as I watched the I was fucking IN the movie. In fact I'm embarassed by how much the movie got to me.

Giorbanguly, have you seen Olokafutbola? I haven't seen many Russian films, but I quite enjoyed this one.

Walton Goggings was fucking awesome as the Sheriff (probably my favourite Tarantino character). Jackson performed very well too, as always. The score by Morricone was great, very beauriful pictures (a shame I didn't see it in 70 mm). And the blatant racism all the time I don't understand why so many people dislike it. Btw, did anyone see Loving Vincent? That was the most beautiful film I have ever watched, although not the best.

I liked the imagery with the cowboys in a cosy cabin a blizzard, but that's pretty much where my interest waned. Most of the time it was pretty slow and boring, mainly because the dialogue wasn't as interesting as in most QT films. I feel that at least 45 minutes of it could have been cut from the film. When stuff did actually happen, it was often ridiculous and weird, even by Tarantino's standards. The entire movie seemed like the product of Tarantino becoming drunk on his own ego.

The guy who made it comes from Umeå. I had a meme account for our school with some friends and someone edited kung fury to be relevant to our school (the same school as they went to) and the maker of the movie commented on our post.

Watching any movie with Kevin Spacey feels even more real now, since we know how much of a creep he is in real life

He used to be my favorite actor; liked his acting style. Don't know if it's possible to have him as my favorite anymore.

2018 has been a good year in cinema for me so far. Two awesome movies already, Loving Vincent and Three Billboards outside Ebbing, Missouri.

One of the best I've seen. Not much of a movie buff myself. The type of movies I like tend to be action or comedy. Some of my favorites are: Pulp Fiction, Forrest Gump, Saving Private Ryan, Clockwork Orange, No Country for Old Men, etc. Big fan of crime dramas.

Horrible person, but his acting feels very realistic. Fortunately in Se7en and in Usual Suspects he plays the bad guy, and he does a very compelling job as one

Saw Black Panther last night. Great movie, much deeper than your average superhero flick. That said the 97% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes is kinda shocking, it was nowhere near that good. I'd give it a 7.5
