I'd go with tropical.

Deciduous Forest, even with them being so bare during the winter. The rest of the year more than makes up for it.

Deciduous forest or tundra. Or both right next to each other...like in the Alps and Rockies

Kyrgyzstan is gorgeous, but mostly because of the mountains. You take away the mountains and it looks like another Gole lol I love tropical vegetation. Palm trees, tropical fruits, jacarandas, tipuanas, stuff like that. This also includes tropical highlands, because tropical vegetation+rolling hills and lakes is like pure sex

^^I admit, I also have a soft spot of humid tropical locations and the associated flora. My favorites are Madagascar, various islands in the Indian ocean and southern Pacific, and Colombia. Can you post a pic of yours?

The vegatation in Northern Iraq (my homeland) is beautiful: Gole has nothing on it.

A mix of tundra, grassland (mid/high latitude grassland, of course) and deciduous forest. I know that's practically impossible to have all at once though.

Northern Lapland mountain birch deciduous forest isn't probably too appealing to you? The vegetation seems a bit lacking (not lush enough with a lack of leaves) but it's pretty good for being high latitude AND high altitude.... I'd honestly probably prefer tundra over this though.

What do you think about mixed forests? Like the ones you find in Southern and Central Finland?

From the pictures you've shown me before, I quite like them. I like northern variety evergreen trees a lot. Also the color contrast between deep green evergreen trees and snow on the ground is quite striking and beautiful.
Why do I have to live in such a boring, never-changing environment? Ugh.

Here's the vegetation around my house. Doing a bit of work around the place today and taking some photos -need to figure out the brightness on the camera, as they aren't turning out too well.

Green all year round, but not cold conifer type. I like subtropical to tropical.

Mediterranean and grassland.
Pine and eucalyptus trees, gorse, broom etc.

I very much like the abundance of holly trees our forests near Aachen, they add a nice element of greenery in winter. At home they are very uncommon.
As for the OP question, open forests or savanna is the best. It combines nice greenery with open views and scenery. I don't want neither very dense claustrophobic forests nor treeless vegetation.

When it comes to vegetation I'm an omnivore, I like almost all type of vegetation/landscapes. If I had to choose, I'd go with Mediterranean forests and deserts as I generally like dry landscapes. Tropical and moist subtropical forests are nice too.
