Jan and Feb: No hard cold spells, but nice snow conditions for skiing in the hills, sunnier Feb March: Still skiing first two weeks, then full on spring April and May: We had a shitty Apr-May this year so now I want above avg temps and sun Summer: All months above avg and sunnier. At least two months with avg high above 21c an one month with avg highs above 24c, and one month with more than 380 sunhours, but with some t-storms and enough precip for crops Sep: Warmer and sunnier, no overnight freezes, like Sep 2017. Oct-Nov: A little warmer and sunnier than average, slightly less precip than avg Dec: Same as Nov but with snow for skiing from mid-month

-much warmer and drier remainder of summer, also very stable without any sub 20ยฐC highs and for January to have 300 sun hours -slightly warmer and wetter autumn, starting with a warm, dry March and then a wet May -below average and wetter winter with one freak snowfall and a few sub-zero lows -slightly warmer spring, normal precip and slightly above average thunderstorms
probably isn't likely with la nina but meh

- Winter that is not necessarily warm, but without any apocalyptic cold blasts like this one now lol. I'll take a slightly below average winter
- Record warm March
- Record warm April
- Average May with lots of sunshine
- Dont give a shit about summer since I'll be too excited to be out of Bunghole to care
- Average fall

I hope the remainder of winter stays cooler than normal. Temps in spring and summer don't matter as much, but I don't want well above average. Hopefully there are some good storms and no extended dry periods.
Right now I'm thinking the rest of winter will be variable, with probably a warm spell coming but more cold temps as well. I'm guessing there won't be any more snow. Spring and summer may be on the dry and warm side, though there could be some strong storms. Not really sure what to expect for fall.

I haven't seen any of these things in several years. Didn't 2014, 15 and 16 all have warm springs? 2015 was extremely windy, making it nasty regardless of temperature. Others look to be within a degree or so of the average. I'm thinking April-that-looks-like-May and May-that-looks-like-June kind of warmth. Shoulder seasons just take too damn long here.

Hopefully the summer will be better than the summers of last 3 years here have been. Spring and summer of 2017 were the worst ever of my lifetime!

A few thunderstorms in spring/summer and some bitter cold following a heavy snowfall. 2017 only had one thunderstorm here and that was around 6am in May.

United Kingdom January: Below average Temperatures, a 10 day long snowy/cold period. (Commencing mid-month) Winds backing into the east dragging air from Siberia. London records 20cm of snow from a blizzard from a southerly tracking area of low pressure on the 29th. Coldest January in years. February: Slightly below average temperatures, continuation of January's cold but turns more anti-cyclonic after a few days. Snow stays on the ground until the 2nd week of February. Milder late month. March: Starts off very mild turns extremely cold (for UK) late month leading to the great snowstorm of March 2018. April: Cool and dry month. Frequent Northerly blasts. May: Very Thundery cool-month. Below average temperatures. June: Warm and wet. Above average temperatures July: Hot and Humid. Average temperatures after a hot 1st half. August: Hot and Humid. Continuation of July. September: Colder than average. First frost September 18th October: Colder than average. Snowy last couple days of October. November: Average temperatures. Foggy and anti-cyclonic. Very dry December: Colder than December 2010 Thanks

Above average every month and sunnier than average. A good March would be nice, and s good May which have been in short supply. A warm summer with a good August and above average sun to compensate the crappy past decade

Jan: average Feb: average Mar: average Apr: dry, sunny May: average, sunny Jun: warm, sunny Jul: warm, sunny Aug: warm, sunny Sep: average Oct: average Nov: average Dec: average
Each summer month is well overdue above average sun. But it seems to be that any time the year ends in 8, the summer is crap.

This is an absolute pipe dream but why not. Lommy did one I actually included a few sub-standard months under the law of averages I don't want to squeeze in a 10ยฐC year when we're yet to reach a 9ยฐC boke...
