As a disclaimer I'm not particularly picky, I can enjoy cold winters or mild winters, but they need to be one or the either, none of that 0-5C and raining crap and most importantly they need to be short I want signs of spring by mid February, and for summers I prefer 25-30C. I also prefer a Mediterranean precipitation pattern, but I don't want the summers to be bone dry either but just to have only a couple significant rainy days per month in the summer, and for winters/shoulder seasons to be considerably wetter, but not too wet, and definitely not overcast 24/7.
It wasn't made very clear but I assuming this is referring to average highs? Winter +3 (wet) Summer +7 (dry)

Oh ok, well that definitely changes things maximum threshold Winters: +2 [(14+6)/2] | wet Summers: 0 [(30+16)/2] | dry minimum threshold Winters: -5 [(-1-7)/2] Summers: -5 [(24+12)/2]
