I noticed we had a snow pics/vids thread, so this one can be for storms.
I might as well post some local storms from the UK. Not much compared to Florida but it's nice to represent my country.
July 1st 2015 Supercell (one in my avatar)
September 13th 2016 electric storm
We had it in Buxton with 18 flashes per minute.
June 28th 2012 Leicester Supercell storm
May 27th 2017 Plymouth Electrical storm (very active 3-4 mins in)

Here's one storm from June 17th, 2016. Was still living in Genève at the time. I swear Geneva had the best and most frequent thunderstorms of any place I've ever lived. Not sure if it was just that one particular year or if it's usual.

June 28th 2012 storm also affected Newcastle with lots of gunshot thunder and flooded roads
There's also a big yellow van that I like to jerk off to.

Now this was a Christmas to remember. It hit right on where I was staying for lunch. Golf-baseball sized hail and a tornado watch for the evening, it was like no other storm I've experienced.

Strobe lightning storms are the best! How often do you see these storms over there?
Wish I had video of the one in SE England in July 1999 but that was before smartphones and also few people had cameras that recorded video then.
The pic of the July 2015 storm in my avatar reminds me of the explosive updrafts I saw on a holiday in France also in 1999, lining the horizon. Really creepy looking clouds. At 3AM later that night the storm had frequent LOUD c-g lightning and blew up the electricity for miles around. Even a light bulb went flying out of a lamp across the room. Thunder was so loud I actually put my fingers in my ears and shit the bed (well the last bit didn't happen).

Christmas Eve and Day 2011. One of the all time most legendary storm events of my life. It was amazing, me and my uncle were throwing the hailstones and then hitting them with the cricket bat once the storm passed lol. I was so lucky to be right under the centre of the worst one as we got the full effects. This is another storm that produced a tornado near Tullamarine, where I get my weather from: I actually got caught in this as I'd just finished an exam in the city lol. Can't find another video but you can see how dark it was.

KL, Malaysia seems to get some very nice thunderstorms with frequent CG lightning, and booming thunder claps.
