This smells of Anhityk... lol, me making your places look more continental? Use 81- 10 averages like the others do and nobody will not complain.

Wow, that Paris January has to be the worst month of weather recorded anywhere in world history And it happens just after I moved back here. Never seen anything like that; at least the previous warmest January, 2007, had an ice day and some snow. This one was nothing but crap of the highest order. This is also the first January ever without any freeze at Orly airport. One to forget, really.

never bothered to post my December. An extremely cold start, one of the coldest week [or 2 week long] stretches on record, followed by a relatively mild weather off and on the rest of the month. Still not as much warmth as last January. slightly wetter than average with 3.73 inches (94.7 mm) of rain, unimpressive snowfall totals with 8.0 inches (20 cm) of snow. probably has a bigger range than most winter months, saw something saying DC had its higher range in a month measured by standard deviation since 1942. Deepest snow depth was half a foot (15 cm). As severe cold outbreaks often do, the cold on the 7th was accompanied by winds, so 4°F (-16°C) and 20 mph winds in the evening. Oh, should add the monthly mean: 32.5°F/ 10.7°F (0.3°C /-10.9°C). -1.5° (-0.8°C) below average

That's fucking amazing how Paris didn't go below 1.8°C ALL MONTH. And the second coldest temperature of the month was 3.7°C ! Daily lows were extremely stable hovering between 4~8°C most of the time.

Norrköping had a relatively dull start to the year, although much of that precipitation will still have been snowfall, but here saw much more snowfall, a drop to -15°C but overall very similar temps.
