Easy win for Portland for me. Aside from higher places like maybe Schofield Barracks; Oahu is simply at far too low a latitude ever to be a pleasant climate. The winner here will face the winner of Charlotte-Charleston in the semis.

Easy win for Portland for me as well. Honolulu is warm year-round. At least Portland has seasons.

It's kinda hard one for me since Portland's winters are pretty shitty and you'll never get a nice tropical weather. Conversely, it's always unpleasant in Portland when it's hot. HNL wins for me.

Portland sucks but Honolulu sucks more. Portland wins.

Honolulu, Portland is too cloudy and not as warm as I'd like

Portland's heat is more unpleasant than Honolulu's? Honolulu is kinda humid; even if it's not as bad as the US South, it averages worse than my summers. Because Honolulu never gets extremely hot it's better?

edit: Portland's weak winters don't make up for anything. What the Jævla Kristus! 41° C and low humidity is far more comfortable than 30° C and high humidity any day!

Portland, but not by much.
I would rather have no winters than crappy winters like in Portland. Though the rest of the year is better in Portland as both of them have no thunderstorms.
