So we are now almost in April, yet spring is still nowhere to be seen.
When do you think we will finally get the first 21c day of the spring? Average is in April, which records 3 such days.
The latest ever was in 1983 when it wasn't recorded until 31st May!

Heathrow or anywhere in the UK? Anywhere in the UK. It'll almost certainly be somewhere in London, Surrey, Kent or Hampshire though.

A record late date?
I will go for the first half of May, as in 2006 and 2013.
Interesting fact is that 1976, 1983, 1989, 2006, 2013 all failed to record 21C until May, and all had very good summers.

April will probably challenge 1986 and 1989 for the worst ever.
1986: 10.9/3.2, 60.7mm rain, 135.2 hrs sun 1989: 11.5/4.3, 64.2mm rain, 144.5 hrs sun
March is losing out to 2013, 1962 and 2006 at the moment, for the title of worst March in history.

Sometime in late April, same goes for southern Sweden. Eastern Siberia is turning warm now so easterlies will start to pressure warm air towards the Atlantic instead in a months time.

In a couple weeks time I think we're going to get a weather pattern change very soon. I'll say 12th April. I really want some warm weather.

Doesn't Scotland sometimes get the spring warmth before England? Scotland seems to get it's 'summer' weather in April and May.
Anyway, I'll go for 15th April.

It often does actually, due to Foehn winds that happen in April a lot specially with easterly set ups. Two notable spots for such high temps are Altnaharra and Aboyne.
