Massive line of thunderstorms moving through the Canadian prairies right now, should hit Saskatoon shortly... looks like it's gonna be a wild evening!

Must have been isolated, MIA only got 0.45"/11.43mm Yeah, it definitely favored western parts of the metro yesterday. It stormed heavy as fuck here for a full two hours and 15 mins or so (4:30 PM until 6:45 PM). Entire side of my house was flooded and so was the street in front of my house, and the street in front of my house has really good drainage. Still a lot of standing water in the grass by my house, but the street is dry now.

Wow that's quite a bit of rain. Must have been an impressive storm. Had a strong t-storm here this evening with frequent lightning and heavy rain; the best storm I've seen since late May. Had to drive at reduced speed with ponding of water in neighborhood streets. The airport recorded 2.21" in just an hour! I measured 1.30" in my gauge. The airport already has more than the July monthly normal rainfall with up to 4.91" now for the month to date!

Only .12” so far this month, basically nothing. And it’s been mostly hot with very few to no clouds.

On Tuesday there's a chance that all Nordic Countries record 30C on the same day, except for that one country which never records 30C:
