That says more about how crap Norwich are than how good Pukki is. You won't see him in a remotely decent side, because none of them rate him. Their scouts know a hell of a lot more about football than we do, and they've never shown interest in him. You overrate him.
Absolutely, my point was indeed that 11 goals for a hopeless side is as much you could hope for.
I admit that he hasn't proven himself to be solid EPL performer, partly because of the club he plays for. But I don't overrate him. If you'd ask me 6 years ago that will Pukki ever play for a EPL side and score 14 goals for them, my reply would've been "no".
Lots of strikers and have proven themselves as great goalscorers for hopeless sides. Andy Johnson scored 21 league goals for Crystal Palace, they were relegated. Yakubu, Charlie Austin, Darren Bent, Kevin Phillips, etc. It's not unheard of, or even uncommon, for a striker to play for a crap team, but still deliver strong numbers. Look at Ronaldo at United

So you essentially admit that Pukki is a decent EPL player?

How can his record be crap when he has scored 45% of all Norwich's goals in the EPL?
You're being unnecessarily and unfairly dismissive of him IMO.

I don't think I'm being harsh on him, I'm just stating the facts. 14 goals, 3 assists, in 47 games. I'm supposed to think this is a fantastic player? If he played for my team, I'd be disappointed. His record stinks being a flat track bully. Performs against average teams, but not against the big boys. Perhaps I'm wrong, I'm open to persuasion. I just don't anything special there

14 goals and 3 assists with a club which is not anywhere up to EPL standards is not a poor record. That's what I'm saying.
And if you disagree you're just a meanie.

If someone says Finnish football, this is the man I think of. Best defender seen at Liverpool since the 80's, aside from VVD. Ariete

I think Pukki is okay for a bottom-half team in the EPL. I remember he scored a fair bit of goals the last time Norwich were in the Prem

AFC Bournemouth. That is all.
After losing our first game of the season last week we bounced back with a clinical 4-0 win over Swansea City. Solanke is smashing in the goals this season, 13 goals in 17 championship games.

Seems that Liverpool would've needed a decent striker today.

I always enjoy watching patient team goals like this. The two Manchester teams aren't even on the same planet atm.

Huh, apparently Sweden, the current top team in the qualifier group, above Spain, lost to Georgia with 0-2 today. How embarassing.
In other news I just saw that Denmark has 8 wins, 0 losses in the qualifiers, with 27 goals scored and not a single goal let in.

Because of Spain beating Greece tonight, Wales are now guaranteed a place in the World Cup play-offs. The last two group games will determine our seeding.

Bosnia-Herzegovina 1-3 Finland FT. Forss, Lod, O'Shaughnessy
Incredible win. Pukki missed a penalty in the 6th minute, Finland got a red card in the 37th minute, but was able to score two goals despite playing with one man less. Crazy rollercoaster for a game.
If Finland manages to get a point from France on Tuesday, we are in the playoffs. If Ukraine doesn't win Bosnia on Tuesday, we are in the playoffs even if we lose to France. If Kazakhstan manages to scrape a point from France later today and Finland wins France, we are in the World Cup.
