Unless it's your hometown club, you're naturally going to have a bigger emotional connection to playing for your country. |

I read it's because of the 4-4-2 formation possibly. It's great in domestic competition, but doesn't work against the top teams from all around Europe |

Too bad that Mbappé got it in the end. Brilliant goal though. I was very happy to see the ugly-tattooed tax-evading hormone midget missing a penalty and being pretty rubbish as a whole. But Madrid must still be happy with the result.
