Tipping results: 125 correct out of 198 games. That's an accuracy of 63.1% I believe I was somewhere in the top 1/4 of all tipsters. Meaningless tips for this weekend: Richmond vs Geelong: Richmond by 30 points Geelong will start this game as underdogs and will start out firing, trying as hard as possible to blow Richmond out of the water similar to Brisbane in the qualifying final in early September...but this time hopefully more accurate. With Tom Hawkins out unfortunately Geelong just won't have the same potency in their forwardline even if Ratagoulea, Dalhaus and Ablett etc. show up. I just think Richmond's defence will be too strong and solid for Geelong to knock down. Geelong might be leading at the first quarter break but eventually the Richmond skill and strategy will overpower Geelong. In the 3rd and 4th quarters Richmond will run rampant in the midfield with Edwards, Cotchin and Martin able to move around easily and without too much stress. Lynch and Riewoldt won't be very effective in the first half but both will kick 2-3 goals each in the 2nd half piling on the goals once the midfield and defence are able to take hold and Geelong's increasing fatigue. Man of the Match: Shane Edwards Collingwood vs GWS: Collingwood by 17 points A close and tough battle with Collingwood kicking 2 goals in the final 5 minutes to escape a possible tragedy. Both teams have similar quality midfields with GWS having more injuries in that area of the field. Collingwood's forwardline, although without a real tall forward; might actually work well against GWS' defence that relies on marking the tall forwards and intercepting marks. But Collingwood have a more mobile and flexible forwardline that relies on small-mid sized forwards such as Elliott, De Goey, Stephenson and Mihocek which should be more of a challenge for GWS' defence. GWS main strength is their forwardline and will probably also "beat" Collingwood's defence. I'm expecting a high scoring, fast paced game with plenty of goals and lots of big contested marks.

Football is confirmed to start tomorrow (final chance to delay it was today). So therefore aside from Rugby, AFL is the only major sport to be played this weekend (rugby is slightly less popular in australia).
What I'm trying to say if you're seeing this and not JG...JOIN THE AFL ARMY AND BECOME A FULLTIME SUPPORTER PLEASE. Highly recommend watching some highlights that i'll post this weekend, as it's one of the two sports (and coincidentally the greatest sport to ever be conceived) to be played this weekend and may as well get exposure.
Also my final ladder: 1) Richmond 2) Collingwood 3) GWS 4) West Coast 5) Western Bulldogs 6) Brisbane 7) Geelong 8) Hawthorn 9) Melbourne 10) Saint Kilda (my team) 11) Port Adelaide 12) North Melbourne 13) Essendon 14) Fremantle 15) Carlton 16) Adelaide 17) Sydney 18) Gold Coast
Brownlow: Patrick Cripps Coleman: Tom Lynch (Richmond) Rising Star: Rankine (Gold Coast) Premiers: Richmond
THE RULES:
2019's Grand Final (Superbowl), honestly a pretty shite game with one team absolutely destroying the other. But it is a great example of one team playing to their absolute best.
2018's Grand Final. One of the best games ever imo.
