Genuinely didn't think we would put up such a performance, we had a few really flat periods but nothing like the last 2 years when we went missing for entire quarters. Overall really happy with proceedings.
As for tips well we are both struggling now. Apart from Wednesday's game we put in the same tips so yeah hopefully it improves soon

Disastrous round tips-wise, but in terms of actual footy it's been one of the best opening rounds in a while. Only bad game was Geelong vs Essendon, both because Essendon are consistently disappointing and I'm sick of Geelong being good. Seriously when will they go away?

Also Tippa retired today, sad news, great player with an amazing highlight reel but has been on personal leave for a while now. Sad to see him go but he clearly doesnt want to play AFL anymore which is fair

We've had an absolute banger of a season. People were tipping us for the spoon (cough cough Moron cough cough) I thought we were fucked against Carlton, Freo, Melbourne but we've won all three games. Couldn't be prouder of the side after the last couple of years. Also ninthmond lol  |
