I can do anywhere from 1600-3100 hours and be fine, but I think somewhere around 2400 is ideal for me. England was too cloudy but I didn't get SAD, while the endless summer sunshine in Oklahoma can get old. North Carolina has a good balance, but I prefer slightly more clouds. I want something like 40% possible sun in winter and 60% possible sun in summer.

I don't like high number of sunshine hours. 1200 - 1500 is ideal: more in winter, less in summer.

2800-3100 is good amount annually, however the high end of that range is ideal.

2500 to 2800 is ideal. Sunshine hours arenโt the biggest deal to me though, I care much more about having four mild seasons and a Mediterranean precipitation pattern.

2500-2800 but on the lower end of the range. One of the least important factors in whether I like a climate though.

2200-2500 seems enough.

50% (~2200 hours) is fine for me. I'm not picky on sunshine, as long as it's not very sunny (2,900 hours or more) or very cloudy (1,400 hours or less) I'm fine with it.

2800-3200, basically exactly Ethereal's range. Sunny the majority of the time but plenty of cloudy days too.

2200-2500 seems to be my ideal, around what Mpls gets adjusting hrs, didn't mind the persistent cloudiness this last april so probably wouldn't mind it in europe either (although their winters are quite a bit darker and the sun angle is lower as well), the sun feels a bit too harsh in summer (or even May here) so would rather be a bit clouduer than what here gets typically.

2200-2500 annual sunshine hours, but without extremely low sunshine hours in the winter months.

3131 hours, with Sydney's distribution (but with sunnier summers). I like my sunny winters!

Around 2600 hours. More in winter than in summer.

Changed my vote to 2500-2800; this past summer was definitely overly sunny for my tastes here. I still do like a good mix though, with more sun than cloud overall.

About 38~43%(1,700~1,930 hours) possible sunshine. Averages vary from 2.5 hours in December to 7 hours in July. Changed my vote to 1900~2200 hours. 0.5~1.0 additional sunshine hour each day.

2,000 hours is suitable, from 120 in winter months to 180 in spring months.
