Meanwhile in Eureka, the spring warm up is about as fast as a fat dude trying to run with shit in his pants: Already 15 hour days by 28 March, 24 hour daylight starts on April 14 and lasts until August 29 up there.

Vostok looking very swingy this upcoming week, with even some clouds and snow but with "milder" temperatures predicted on the 24th. Odd that winds out of the S would bring milder air to Vostok.

Above freezing in Oymyakon! The record high for March is 2.0C so those forecast temps won't beat that but they would be date records, oddly enough that 2C high was recorded on the 22nd way back in 1952 but no subsequent day in March has ever recorded anything above freezing. www.pogodaiklimat.ru/monitor.php?id=24688

Kiruna finally receives a 25° sun angle today, along with Verkhoyansk of course... Having said that, no matter how many Gulf Streams there are and that April in the recent 15 years have had 4°C avg highs, mother nature just won't give the local residents "Kirunaborna" a break whatsoever. Soon to be more than 14 hours between sunrise and sunset, but to no avail, still 10 consecutive ice days forecast. I'd go on a hunger strike before moving there...

Jaaa pojke, det ger bara en bra uppfattning om hur livet i Antarktis är som det höga solskenet och kalltemperaturen. Här i Nordkorea har vi snabb uppvärmning på våren.

Aside from a few glitches in grammar Google Translate seems to have worked well for Mr Candle I think it really depends on how you input your native grammar. Your luck will vary though depending on the language. But thank you.

I think any late change in wind direction will mess that up even very late given how much background cold air there are around. Probably it was set for such a temp but the strong southerlies lost strength and only arrived with weaker air Also just look at those shocking Canadian forecasts!
