Reposting from City-Data. Not a particularly hot air temp or even necessarily dew point for that part of the world, but that is a relatively high wet bulb for this point in the southwest monsoon season.
 33 C air temp + 27 C dew point = 29 C wet bulb (this is in the more inland part of Bangladesh during early September) According to this, a wet bulb of 32 C = a US heat index of 55 F, while a wet bulb of 35 C = a US heat index of 71 C (speculated theoretical maximum in the real world according to Wikipedia a few years ago)

After a few day break, Kingsville is stuck at 100/80 and humid again.
79F/26C dew currently. It generally drops during the day, but the past 72 hours it has stayed between 75 and 81F / 24 to 27C (air temps 78 to 105F 26 to 41C)

Yesterday reached 126F/52C at Furnace Creek compared to the forecast of 127. Only 3% RH, the dew point at the time was 23F/-5C.
Two nearby stations, Badwater Basin HADS and USCRN SITE NEAR STOVEPIPE WELLS 1SW, have reported 1% RH in the past few days. Temp/dews of 113/-7, 123/-1.
