NOAA now calling for the eastern U.S. to be cooler than normal for December!  Pretty big change from the forecast two weeks ago.  |

31 F / -0.5 C here and very frosty this morning. Quite nice; certainly gives off a winter vibe. I'm just glad I don't have to scrape it all off my car this morning and drive to work. Otherwise, my attitude would be entirely different.

Had second driest fall on record with just 2.41" of rain September - November.
1989 had the 4th driest fall on record, and the following December was the coldest on record. It would be nice if this December ends up similar, lol.
