The insane rainfall continues in Saskatoon, with 31.5mm of rain yesterday. Combined with the 23.9mm we had on the 20th and the 2.1mm on the 21st, that brings us to 57.5mm in three days, almost as much as our average for June, and nearly double the amount of precipitation we've had in all of 2019 so far.
June already had about 10mm of rain before this wet spell so we're now officially above average for the month, our first above-average precipitation month since November last year and a nice break from the severe drought conditions we'd had all year so far.

Just had a brief heavy shower. Quite steamy now with sun back out; glasses fogged up when I went outside. Possibility of an isolated severe storm this afternoon, but maybe a line of severe storms late tonight.

Quite sultry this evening here with a 74 F (23.3 C) dew point and a 78 F (25.6 C) air temp, easily the highest dew point so far this year. Today we finally hit 90 F for the first time this June: w1.weather.gov/data/obhistory/KIAD.htmlWas quite a nice summer day here, hot and pretty humid, and got a nice storm around 3-4 pm. Hot conditions for the remainder of the week, and NWS is now on board with mid-90s for Friday/Saturday (has a 94 F/34.4 C high for both days). TWC has 96 F (35.6 C) for both days!

Reached 83 F/28 C today. Muggy evening with a temp of 75 F/24 C and a dewpoint of 69 F/21 C. Forecast low of 67 F/19 C tonight. Boring crap weather, wouldn't mind it as much if humidity was lower.

Got to 82 with a 64 f dew today. Nothing at all noteworthy but thatβs what counts as heat this year.
Lows have been nice and cool, nothing over 61 yet this year.
Forecast looks niceβno heat unfortunately but lots of consistent warmth with high 70s and low 80s.

Today's high was just 84F with overcast conditions until the afternoon following a strong storm complex early in the morning. Looks like the wind was quite strong as the storm complex arrived; disappointed that I slept through it until thunder woke me after the wind had subsided. A lot of branches down and an ornamental pear tree was snapped a few blocks away. Decent chance of storms again tomorrow with marginal severe risk.

Had some warm nights June 21-23 with lows in the upper 70's. Low of 78F tied record warm min on the 22nd and low of 79F set record on the 23rd.
Storm complex in early morning hours of June 24 knocked the temp down to 65F as it came thru.
Forecast for the next seven days doesn't show much variation in temps. Low 90s/low 70s forecast everyday.

35.9 Β°C at 12:00 in Genthin, Eastern Germany. Could become pretty there today...even record breaking?
(Hoyerswerda, Saxony had impressive 32 Β°C at 9 AM)

That 32'C in southern Sweden must be an error. The warmest hourly reading today so far for a non-manual station is 31.3'C.
In other news, in the latest hourly reading (17.00), Clermont-Ferrand recorded 40.6'C. Their all time max is 40.7'C. Carpentras recorded only a puny 38.7'C. Still record breaking. Probably won't reach 40'C today though.

Very nice day today, truly felt like summer. Hot and sunny and great for being outside.
High so far is 86 (30 C), the hottest temp this year.
This is the 6th latest first 30 c ever and the latest since 1985.
Today makes 4 straight days in the 80s and the forecast looks like a lot more are coming.

Today was the second 90+ day in the past three days, with a high of 91 F (32.8 C), forecast looks like there'll be about four more days in a row with highs in the 90s, mid 90s Friday and Saturday, a small break with mid-high 80s on Sunday and Monday and then right back to 90s on Tuesday onwards next week. Very summer like temps, could use some more storms though.
