July 2019 SummarySlightly above in maxima, and slightly below in minima—even the precipitation was right around average, albeit with below average days of precipitation (frequency); overall, a painfully average month for us South-Westerners. However, the snowfall:rainfall ratio was very good; 8 snowy days per 11 precipitation days. Variability was relatively good in maxima, with the warmest day reaching 11.3° C, whereas the coldest day failed to surpass –1.2° C (ice-day); 2 ice-days this month.

How many cm of snow did you get knot ? Approximately. I haven't a bloody clue in the slightest—I don't measure snowfall, and farthermore, it often drifts around due to strong winds, so accurate measurements can never be taken without the proper instrument(s). If I were to uncomfortably guess, perhaps 30-35 cm just for this month.

Average temperature: 16,4°C (-1°C) Record high: 33°C Record low: 2,3°C Precipitation: 68 mm (-6%) Sunshine: 285 h (-1%)
Looks like the heat at the end didn't fully compensate for an overall cool month.

July was a real crap in SE Estonia: cold (-1.8c daily mean from average in my nearest station), precipitation above average, sunshine below average.

The strangest summer of my life weather-wise just continued: Not much made sense, looked set to be really cold before a 2018-esque heat wave set in late on, almost making it to the end of the month where Norrköping got a 7°C low, not far above the July record low for all times! This rendered the month to be remarkably close to the 2002-2018 means in spite of all those heavy fluctuations. Having said that, Nyköping as usual got narrower diurnals than Norrköping, I can safely say that the temps on 31 July didn't drop beneath 9°C here in downtown for sure and the overall nights possibly reached 13°C after all, at the expense of the highs. I'd guess 22.8/12.9 or something like that.

That 36°C Weatheronline (?) forecast was the most incredible mirage in the forecasting history then Babu Honestly, I thought Umeå would at least beat its all-time July record for sure.

I mean it's Umeå we're talking about here The 36'C forecast was from FMI, YR forecast 34'C, SMHI 33'C and WO was like 32'C or something like that.
