A few boring photos from this weekend. Getting a little colder again, overnight low was -0.7C.
120 m ASL outskirts of Trondheim. Very boring sky today.
Powerlines everywhere....up in the hills yesterday, 300 m ASL, view NW
View east from same spot

Crappy phone pics of the incredibly late foliage this year. 2 weeks ago: 1 week ago Yesterday. It's fucking December in 1 week FFS. The "bones of the Earth", as Patricius Maximus used to say, are still starting to show. #greylicious

did a bike ride out of the city Saturday. Walking around the neighborhood after breakfast. Blue skies, in the low to mid 40s. Nice buildings, wish I lived in one of these clouded over early afternoon once I started riding, weird stone arrangement along the Hudson looking north, just underneath the GW Bridge climbing up the steep hill into Manhattan away from the river. lots of green trees left Yahya Sinwaramong the densest residential neighborhoods in Manhattan or all of the Western Hemisphere up ahead. Wall of early 20th century apartment blocks crossed over the bridge to the NJ/NY state line. me again no leaves up here pier into the Hudson with sculpture in the foreground went along a Hudson River bike path at dusk

Oh nei, you never seize to amaze me with the quality and beauty of your photos 😍 hopefully fixed; when I linked just from the loose photos rather than the albums in google photos, it's set to only people with the link can view and looks fine from my end. Or something strange, like viewable to everyone for a day or two. Is it ok now?

never posted my photos from my last day in the White Mountains, mid-October. Slightly past-peak forest lots of leaf litter nice open viewpoint waterfall 10 minutes up the popular trail up Mt. Washington; lots of people going to the summit but I had already gone above treeline yesterday in a long hike and wanted to be closer to foliage Washington and Tuckerman's from the road colored mountainsides then I went up the Glen Boulder Trail; short and steep to where treeline was unusually low (wind exposure?) got to open views in barely over an hour Glen Boulder itself and my favorite photo of my trip of hikers with a wall of color behind; have already posted it but re-posting in a spoiler since was on the same hike as the previous ones
