The amount of rain weβre supposed to get next week is borderline unbelievable. Will post charts in a bit. All of the following maps/charts are products of the ECMWF model Precip map Forecast for Phoenix Forecast for Tucson

Above average temps continue here in the PNW. We'll probably transition to a more average pattern (cool and wet) to close out the month and over the opening half of December.
Fingers crossed that we can feast on some of those epic cold anomalies that have been hitting the east recently by late December.

Current temps in Alaska. Not too common to see Anchorage that warm when the interior is that cold. It should be in the teens or 20s in Anchorage, which would be normal this time of year. A 45F on the south coast even.

Through the first half of November (November 1 - 15) we're averaging 54.0/28.9 (12.2/-1.7), which is 7.6 F (4.2 C) below the average of 60.6/37.5 (15.9/3.1). Quite a chilly first half of November! Next few days should add to the departure too, although the departure will become less towards late next week.

^Wouldn't surprise me as we are currently running nearly 6C below the 1981-2010 avg, and 5C below the 61-90 average. We are currently neck and neck with the second coldest Nov on record since recording started 1946, which was Nov 1968. November so far has been the coldest month of the year... However, yr has much warmer forecast and has been more accurate than WO:
On the other hand, a lot of sun for Nov so far

Wildcat looks like cloud cover, here's Orlando's 3-day history: w1.weather.gov/data/obhistory/KORL.html54 F and cloudy mid-afternoon! That's quite chilly for mid-November there. While Dothan, AL (the 68 F / 20 C on the map) was sunny: w1.weather.gov/data/obhistory/KDHN.html---------------------------------------------------------------------- Cold and drizzly this morning here, 37 F (2.8 C) with drizzle. Today is forecast to be cool yet again with a predicted high of 46 F (7.8 C). NWS is showing us hitting 60 F (15.6 C) on Friday, but that's a brief warm up. Back to upper 40s / low 50s for highs right afterwards.

Going through a spell of very mild weather here. Recorded a low of 3C this morning, compared to an average low of -11.7C for today. Currently still 3C, with a forecast high of 5C.
Lows will be back to mostly normal levels after today but we still have numerous above-freezing highs in the forecast, so that's nice. And with mostly sunny conditions in the forecasts it looks like all our snow will be gone soon and will stay away for a little while.

On pace for the 2nd coldest November in history (will probably end up 3rd or 4th, "moderating" temps incoming, still below average). 18/18 days have had a freeze, rare for early November.

Snowpack has been around for a week now, i bet itβll stick around a few more days before melting.
The anomaly through 17 days is now -10.0 f and thereβs yet to be an above average day.

Consistent snowpack only lasted 3 days here, but piles are still around, as well as snow in wooded north facing slopes.
