Remember spoilers to make it browseable and so that it doesn't take ages! First snow here yesterday, not much but better than nothing I guess! Probably the latest "first snow" I can recall. Very meagre yield too

Then a couple of experimental twilight pictures, quite blurry but at least better than they had been without lightning.Wrong word. Did you use extra lights besides the natural twilight?

Wrong word. Did you use extra lights besides the natural twilight? Meh. English is not my native language. In Swedish it's the same word as the lightning blitz.

About 10cm of snow here too. And some december leaves. Mostly brown, though some planted birches have a fair amount of pale sickly looking green leaves too Brown Brownish orange Brown with some slightly green leaves. I've seen "greener" trees in in other places. Obviously these "leaves" mean absolutely nothing in regards to climate.

Some snowy pictures from Hunting Trip last week in the wilderness of Northern Pennsylvania, we got about 2-3" of snow this day, very winter-like scene.
Climbing up a pipeline in the wilderness, good shot of the valley below
Nice view of the ice/snow rimmed trees
Location of my treestand - approximately 2200' in elevation, about 700' higher than where the truck was parked.

Unexpectedly, today was a very sunny and relatively warm day in Grenoble, so I decided to take a walk around here. My plan was mostly to move a little above the city to see better the snowy mountains behind. I'm also always very impressed about how close to the city and the woods are.

Took this photo this evening on the seafront, the recently trimmed palms had a "Los Angeles" look to them against the blue sky

pretty train up the Hudson from NYC to Albany. Steelernation . kind of a blurry mess from the train motion and maybe not completely clean windows still in Manhattan but nice river views already underneath the new Tappan Zee Bridge took no photos of the Hudson Highlands but you've seen them many times. Catskills came into view north of Rhinecliff at about mile 95. In the clouds snow cover looked deep now driving, near the MA-NY border

Nice pictures nei. That third pic of the train ride with the snow covered mountains in the background is especially beautiful. I actually like the train ones better than the greylock onesz

Same for me! Didn't expect that much snow up North looking at the first couple pictures. On a foggy, freezing morning last week. Some frost this morning near Disneyland Paris: Bare trees <3

We had something like 5 min of true sunlight today here in Grenoble, but at least there was a rainbow to make it even more memorable

Looks lighter in this pic than it did in real life. 3:51pm View from the ferry in the morning at 8:10 The rare day with sun shining. Nice reflections in the puddles but unfortunately, not captured by the camera. Took this today after a rain/snow shower passed through. So symmetrical. Would've looked amazing from Vancouver.

Took a spur of the moment ride to High Point, NJ. It was 34 F/1 C with strong winds. Tomorrow night this same area will be getting blanketed with snow and ice.

really nice sky ilmc90 . post-frontal storm skies are often great, much better than before the front. I saw similar skies today in the lower hudson valley / NYC. Too lazy to copy photos from my phone tonight
