Averages for Melbourne City for 1991-2020! I've used Melbourne Regional Office for the years 1991-2014, and the Olympic Park station for years 2015-2020.

Note: records are 1991-2020 only.
New record highs were set for Jan, Feb, May, Jun, Jul, Sep and Nov in the last decade. No new record lows were set.
Comparison to 1981-2010:
Overall, Frankfurt became warmer, sunnier and drier. Highs increased more than lows. April and June warmed up the most, September and October the least. Precipitation decreased drastically in March, which was also the month with the highest sunshine increase. Such conditions probably increased radiative cooling at night, affecting avg. lows which had the lowest increase in March of all months. December and August were the only months getting wetter, and December and February the only month that had les sunshine.
And here the comparison to 1961-1990:
Similar patterns to above, but even more drastic. So it got 1.4 °C warmer here from one WMO climatological normal to the next. Spring became much warmer, drier and sunnier in comparison to autumn, which nearly stayed the same.

Let's start with the 1981-2020 averages: And then the 1991-2020 averages: It has warmed by 0.3°C between these periods. Increases in sunshine in winter and spring has slightly increased the sunshine hours, and rainfall is virtually unchanged. However, have summers really deteriorated, or is it just in the imagination? Nope, it's actually true. Since I started recording the weather in 2007, summers have become noticeably cloudier as seen below, especially when compared to the 1981-2010 averages. August has lost nearly 20 hours of sunshine in the last 14 years compared with the 1981-2020 average.

All months have warmed, annual mean has warmed by 0.9C, precipitation has fallen with 5%. Records are 1991-2020 only.
edit: I'll add the last 10 years box as well, just in case, because Baba will probably use his. I won't use it in any "official" stats.

2007-2020 sunshine relative to 1981-2010.
Jan: -6.3 hrs
Feb: -3.2 hrs
Mar: +11.4 hrs
Apr: +10.3 hrs
May: -6.9 hrs
Jun: -25.2 hrs
Jul: -20.0 hrs
Aug: -37.5 hrs
Sep: -3.8 hrs
Oct: -17.4 hrs
Nov: -12.9 hrs
Dec: -1.0 hrs
The rainfall pattern is also fucked, with a summer peak in addition to the usual rainfall peak between October-January. April and September become the driest months of the year.
Compared to the preceeding 14-year period 1993-2006... Jan: 62.3 hrs Feb: 81.0 hrs Mar: 118.6 hrs Apr: 163.1 hrs May: 201.3 hrs Jun: 217.4 hrs Jul: 221.8 hrs Aug: 217.3 hrs Sep: 153.1 hrs Oct: 123.5 hrs Nov: 77.9 hrs Dec: 55.1 hrs Annual: 1692.4 hrs (+172.3 hours vs 07-20)!

I've put in a FoI request to the Met Office to get hold of Kew Gardens sun hours for the 2006-2020 period. We will finally see if it's a larger trend or just an issue with the Heathrow site/recorder.

Here are the differences between the 1991-2020 normals and those of 1891-1920, 1961-90, and 1981-2010. All temperatures are in Fahrenheit, and precipitation and snowfall are in inches. Both the Raleigh and Oklahoma City stations were located in a different place prior to the middle of the 20th century.

So far it's getting warmer (+0.5F) with nights warming more than days. April is the only month that is colder and February the only recent record low (1996). November has not come within 23 degrees of the record in 30 years, though to be fair only one year came within 10 degrees of the record from 1875.
The 2011-2020 decade added 4 new record highs, 4 new record warm months, 1 record wet month, and set zero cold or dry records. December is by far the biggest warming with a full 2 degree increase. The 1980s had a few cold months, and the 2010s had many warm months including the all-time mildest in 2015. Seasonal lag is a bit stronger, with a colder April and the end of winter seeing the least warming. Overall slightly drier. Wetter spring and drier fall.
The averages:
One day in June recorded 0.4 inches of snow but the low that day was in the 60s so it must be hail. It doesn't snow in June. For reference, the difference between NOWData and 1981-2010 normals: I noticed last time that the NOWData averages and the official normals didn't match. Here is NOWData minus the official normal. The average temperatures are higher in every month, snowfall is higher, the rest is the same.
