Hot here as well, 90 F (32.2 C) with a 71 F (21.7 C) dew point as of 11 am. Today's predicted high is 97 F (36.1 C)! We'll see if we get there, hope we don't cucked by clouds. Holy fuck. We had an overnight low of 82 F (27.8 C) overnight. This is fucking insane, and fourth 80+ F low this month. w1.weather.gov/data/obhistory/KHWO.html

Northern Italy stealing all of Benfxmth and Rome's warmfffff looks like southern France is warmer too; warm continental air over France, low over central and southern Italy?

We've got our first thunderstorm of the year! Not a particularly big one (no visible lightning) but we had some pretty good thunderclaps going on for a few minutes. Kind of weird to experience that while the grass is still yellow, usually the storms start around mid-May when everything's well underway to being green.

47F (8C) here, which is the high for the day so far. 0.83โ (21mm) of rain fell earlier, still cloudy AF, I hate this so much.
We should really be seeing 80โs (27C+) by now. Barring any type of warm up, or at least warm days, this will be the first time in history that January recorded a greater max temp than April, and NYCโs records date back to the 1800โs.

The past week is probably the hottest it will get all year as we transition into the wet season. Didn't even hit 39 C much less break the big 40. Subarctic maritime Bangkok!

Sighs looks worse than here; our April hasn't gotten warmer with time either not much hope; out here it can get 5ยฐF warmer than Boston on sunny spring days, but unlikely we'll get a really warm spring day wet but at least no freezes next week, looks more of a mid or late spring-like gloom patten, last couple weeks felt wintry with the cold, windy days

Cloudy and humid right now, "cooler" than the last few days with 88 F (31.1 C) and a 73 F (22.8 C) dew point at noon. Overnight low was a bitter cold 76 F (24.4 C) headed up to 91 F (32.8 C) today.
Really dark, menacing clouds coming into this area.

We hit 70 (21 c) one day in March but the highest in April is only 67 (19 c) which is the coldest since 1989.

Finally a nice spring day today, although still below average it felt super warm. High was 55 (13 c) and sunny. Warmest itโs been since the 13th. I went to a local park today, surprising amount of stuff blooming. Some flowering trees were blooming, others with small, green leaves. Lots of flowering bushes. Large trees still just have buds but theyโre always the last to change. Next week is a disaster zone though, highs in the low 50s with rain every day. Disgusting

I notice that Batlow (780 m) has rain and snow or sleet in the TWC forecast. Late April/early May snowfalls are quite rare for them. Conroys Gap on the Hume Hwy (650 m) near Yass shows 3ยฐ C rain at some points, so there might be an off-chance for sleet as well. The pine plantation country between Tumut and Burrinjuck will defo get the white stuff (around 800โ1,100 m there). Strikingly cold 500 hPa temps for the time of year:
