Umeรฅ airport has been offline for almost three weeks. รrnskรถldsvik Airport, the most similar station to Umeรฅ airport, 100m higher but 50km further south, has averaged 10.4/0.1 with a 5.4'C mean until today, yet SMHI is saying the month has been above average compared to the 1961-1990 "normal". Umeรฅ airport averaged 7.3'C for 61-90. And the รrnskรถldsvik station doesn't have a 30 year old period with consistent data, but 2008-2019 averaged 14.1/3.0

Umeรฅ airport stopped being active after the 9th of May. Compared to รrnskรถldsvik Airport and another semi-official station near the Umeรฅ airport run by the official agriculture agency, the first 9 days of May averaged: 10.3/-0.2/5.2, 9.5/0.1/4.8 and 9.0/0.1/5.1 for Umeรฅ Airport, รrnskรถldsvik Airport and Rรถbรคcksdalen (lantmet station).
1-27th of May has averaged 10.6/0.1/5.4 and 10.1/0.1/5.8 at รrnskรถldsvik Airport and Rรถbรคcksdalen respectively. Meaning Umeรฅ airport would probably have averaged freezing lows thus far.

Looking at the forecast for the next 4 days, May could end the month with 313 hours. If that happens, then spring 2020 will overtake spring 1990 as the sunniest spring on record. It needs 304 hours to equal 1990.
It would also become the sunniest month in Heathrow's record, passing the 310.1 hours of May 1989.

I don't know if there are such statistics, but this spring could take a prize for number of days with northerly winds. It is like almost every day.

Mount Mansfield reached 85ยฐF ! Assuming the automated station is accurate. Mount Washington reached 66ยฐF, tied but didn't break the record high for May

Despite the high today being 21ยฐC, multiple thunderstorms came in with heavy rain around midday, followed by lighter, steady rain later in the afternoon, brought the temperature down to 12ยฐC as of 7 PM; fairly impressive for late May.
