^Nice. Last few occurrence of -100F in mine were Feb 2016, Jan 2014, Dec 2013, Jan 2011, and Jan 2009. "Coincidentally" there were also serious cold snaps in real-life North America those months. Currently -57F (-49C) at 12:45pm. Winds 10mph N, gusts 20. Blowing snow. Snow depth 109cm. Temps dropping quickly, expected to drop to -58C by tomorrow morning, after which it'll be relatively steady for a few days.

Today's daylight was 13 minutes long (Sunrise: 11:58 AM Sunset: 12:11 PM) after about February 6 or so the daylight will start increasing fast.
I'm thinking maybe I should add sunrise/sunset times and peak sun angle to my OBS.

8:50PM
Cloudy 32 F/0 C
Gloomy day with a few rain and snow showers. Just enough rain to dampen the pavement and enough snow to provide a light dusting in spots. The high was 34 F/1 C. There may be some black ice on the roads tonight as the temperature drops into the 20s. Tomorrow is expected to be the first sub-freezing day of the month...pretty remarkable since the average high this time of the year is below freezing (29 F/-2 C). This January on track to be one of the warmest on record.
