you're getting a new c-year this year. If you mean Dfc, yes Both Jan and Feb were below even -4°C in Umeå this year.

Apart from January to March, this is good enough. The very decent December helps. Do you have 2007/08? That's the worst winter I remember. I think even February averaged 1°C and there was almost zero snow all winter. Hurr durr:

It's been a bit overdue from me boke It's the best year anywhere in Sweden if I'm not mistaken, though the south east might have had good ones. Edit: Yeah, looking at Gladhammar, it's very close. October and May were colder, but July was much warmer, and the year probably had 2000-2100h of sunshine.

Not bad Kronan, what do you think about Verkhoyansk 2001, which in spite of this world-record arctic summer heat wave recorded a full degree colder year than the 1981-2010 annual means? It recorded a 24.4°C overnight low on 28 July, when the peak sun angle is mid-41°!

Laggy crapalicious year in Vaasa: What's the northernmost station in finland to ever get an Oceanic year? I'd presume 2008 would be the best contender year?

I finally found an easier way to do this! Horrible year. At least August was interesting, I guess.

edit: nope, this one likely: goo.gl/maps/QK5jw2qYENp

Fascinating year in Tokyo featuring, among other things, the coldest and hottest months of the decade (overall coldest year of the decade), the coldest and hottest temps of the decade, the driest year on record (by a long shot, the only year to go below 1000mm) and the snowiest year on record.
