Warmest so far in Nov in Norway (after 24 days) is Lindesnes on the south coast with mean 10C. National all-time high is mean 9.8C and will not be broken as there will be a few colder days now. The all-time high was not recorded at the south coast but near Ålesund at 62'20 N.

We're very close to breaking our all-time record for snow in November. I don't think we're actually going to make it as we've got milder weather with no snow in the forecast up until the end of the month but we're almost there.

Low Temps for cool stations P E R T H M E T R O: I'm already bringing the cold Jandakot nights across to Perth Metro Perth- 6.6C, coldest summer night on record, beating 7.9C (7th Dec, 2007). Beats any record from Perth Garden (1897-1993) so the coldest in a long time of recording. Truly polar. Jandakot- 5.0C, nowhere near its December record low of 3.2C (2nd Dec, 2002). Perth Airport- 4.9C, didn't beat its record of 4.8C recorded on that fateful night: 2nd Dec, 2002 Swanbourne (coast)- 9.0C, nowhere near its record of 5.7C (10th Dec, 1993) I can't be exactly sure but I believe Perth Metro was the only station to break it's December record low. Will check tomorrow.

Helsinki Kaisaniemi had its warmest autumn on record (or at least since 1900) with a mean temp of 9.6C.
In fact, most of southern and central Finland had its warmest autumn.
If a miracle doesn't happen, most stations will record their warmest year ever.

Umeå airport hasn't had a record warm month since July 2018, apart from January this year by 0.2'C. Meanwhile, other places in the Nordics have had like 4-6 record warm months since then

Umeå Airport is sitting at a 0.9'C mean so far for December 2020. The record is 1.5'C from 1929. Considering the forecast, it's looking like the airport might even dip below 0'C by the end of the month, so we're not close to a record. However, we're sitting at a 5.9'C mean for 2020 as a whole, and even if the last 10 days are -5'C, we'll end up at 5.6'C for 2020, and the record is 5.5'C.
So even though we haven't broken a single monthly record since July 2018, except for January this year by 0.2'C, we'll at least break the annual record this year.
Since July 2018, you can barely even count on two hands the number of months that have had their records broken in different places in the Nordics though, and in southern Sweden, the national record will be broken by quite a number of stations, not to mention the station records that are getting demolished.

7.5C is the mean to beat for Turku, and with only 10 days to go of the year, we now sit at a mean of 8.5C.
December has a 2.2C mean so far, so the record of 4.0C in 2006 will be safe.

This was its coldest December day in records dating back to 1898. That's pathetic. That's literally over 15'C below the average high, and almost 3'C below even the average low.

Correction: 7.6C is the mean to beat using the hi+lo/2 formula. That year was 2000.
Top 5 warmest years:

It has yet to fall below 0°F (-18°C) in Bismarck, North Dakota. The average first sub-zero low is on November 28, and the previous latest sub-zero low on record was January 11, set back in 1914. It's supposed to get down to 3°F (-16°C) tonight and Monday night, so there's a chance the cold could overperform, and it might get below zero then.
