^Lmao come on, NWS has me at 55 F. The sad thing is, with all the cloudiness and wind, that map may actually be more accurate.

Reached 78 (25.7 c) today, the warmest temp since November.
It was extremely dry too, dews were in the upper single digits f for most of the afternoon and relative humidity dipped to 4.8%.
Nothing is blooming and there’s no flowers or anything but now a lot of bushes and trees have buds on them. Probably will start seeing more signs of spring soon with the coming warmth.

All 4 of the southern Capitals forecast above 30c....whats so unusual about that one might ask ? Well for a start Perth and the eastern states Capitals generally are under different weather patterns and not often coincide temp wise. And secondly, its friggen April !

This morning's low of 29°F has tied the all-time April record low with April 10th, 2007, and yesterday's high of 47°F was 1°F above the record lowest high here.

Dropped down to 19 F/-7 C this morning which beat the minimum of 21 F/-6 C during the April 2007 cold snap. Yesterday's high was only 41 F/5 C...14 degrees below average. The duration and minimum highs in 2007 were still more impressive but just goes to show how cold it can get in April.

Well, last night the Anti-Interesting Weather Shield™ made an appearance, bringing NE winds and overcast to Martin County. It doesn't matter how far away from the coast you are, if you are east of that line, you WILL get fucked in a NE flow. You can be literally on the beach or 5 miles inland, the difference is naught due to the wind direction. Meanwhile areas just west of me were 13 F cooler due to calm or NW winds. This morning's low temps in °F

It's nice outside now but our lack of cool nights is fucking stupid.

The south shore of Long Island may struggle to hit 60 under cloudy conditions while most everywhere else is in the 70s or 80s with sun

Still below average today with a high/low of 54/34 today, but at least we’ve had our last freeze behind us now and with mostly 60s and some rain in the forecast spring should be progressing well and we should stay ahead of schedule. Cherry blossoms here into full bloom!

Reached 80 (26.7 c) today for the first time since October.
This was the 10th earliest first 80 ever and a new daily record.
Afternoon humidity was <10% for the 3rd straight day and yet another 45 f diurnal.

Got down to -2c across the whole city this morning after weeks of above freezing crap. Still only up to 1c as of 1300h. I don't get to say this often but it's actually colder here than in Churchill Manitoba today. Kinda hoping this little cool blast stunts all of the blooming crap enough to push it off several more weeks. nah, -2°C is normal this time of year and only hardy blooms have come out yet. spring shouldn't be delayed

Cherry blossoms here into full bloom! Brooklyn Botanic Garden says only a few trees are blooming. Thinking of going to the garden once it gets to peak or so, maybe in two weeks? www.bbg.org/collections/cherries
