Nice. Our high was 8.8C, but the map says 9.2C. The mapmaker must feel sorry for us.
edit: Actually, our diurnal was 1.4/8.8C. Sieg heil.

Got as warm as 82 (27.8 c) today. This was another daily record.
Very dry get again but today was actually partly or mostly cloudy much of the afternoon. It was also breezy so it even felt a bit chilly at times when the sun wasn’t shining.
Last night also stayed above 40 (4 c), which would be the first such low if it holds.

Nice. Our high was 8.8C, but the map says 9.2C. The mapmaker must feel sorry for us. The weather station of Piikio-Yltoinen has had a high of 9.2C, probably it is shown on the map instead of Turku Artukainen.

Looks like the NWS lowering last night's low ended up being accurate, dropped to 59 F (15 C) this morning at HWO, 60 F (15.6 C) at FXE. Probably about 57 F (13.9 C) at my location if I were to guess. Been a decent start to April thus far even though we've had some really lame overnight lows.
73 F (22.8 C) with a 50 F (10 C) dew point as of 11 am, headed up to 79 F (26.1 C) with sunny skies and an easterly breeze today.

nah, -2°C is normal this time of year and only hardy blooms have come out yet. spring shouldn't be delayed A bit less than normal actually. April mean monthly min is 33 in Manhattan, we got down to 28. Daytime temp that day was slightly more impressive, the coldest April max in 18 years. Doesn't feel as impressive coming right out of winter I guess. Blooms will probably be normal, I don't pay much attention to that crap, just saying the later the better.

Got to 82 (27.7 c) again today, the 3rd straight daily record high.
This is already the T-7th most 80s in April and it’s only the fifth.
More average weather returns tomorrow.
Some trees have small leaves on them now and flowers are coming up fast. The last couple warm days has really made a difference.

Bureau of Meteorology Did your chocolate eggs survive the burst of heat over the Easter weekend? 🌡️Maximum temperatures were more than 12 degrees above their April average for parts of southern Australia, with some locations recording their warmest April day on record, including: ◼️Geraldton, WA – 40.1 °C on 1 April (previous record 39.7 °C on 11 Apr 2013) ◼️Dalwallinu, WA – 39.2 °C on 1 April (previous record 39.1 °C on 2 April 1972) ◼️Esperance, WA – 39.1 °C on 2 April (previous record 38.4 °C on 4 April 1978) ◼️Hobart (Ellerslie Road), Tas – 32.3 °C on 3 April (previous record 31.0 °C on 1 April 2014) ◼️Hobart Airport, Tas – 31.8 °C on 3 April (previous record 30.7 °C on 1 April 2005) ◼️Cape Bruny, Tas – 28.7 °C on 3 April (previous record 28.3 °C on 1 April 1941) In Victoria, Melbourne had its warmest Good Friday since 1937 reaching 30.6 °C. On Saturday, temperatures reached 31.6 °C – the warmest Easter Saturday since 1986. Now that La Niña has ended the tropical Pacific Ocean has returned to a neutral El Niño–Southern Oscillation (ENSO) state. Climate models suggest a neutral El Niño–Southern Oscillation state for the coming months. It's important to remember that even though the La Niña is over, there's always still the possibility of significant rainfall, driven by day-to-day weather systems or other climate drivers.
