A few days ago I experienced 26 °C, now it's 0.8 °C with heavy snowfall intervals followed by sunshine. You can see that back and forth on the precipitation radar map:

Bureau of Meteorology Did your chocolate eggs survive the burst of heat over the Easter weekend? 🌡️Maximum temperatures were more than 12 degrees above their April average for parts of southern Australia, with some locations recording their warmest April day on record, including: ◼️Geraldton, WA – 40.1 °C on 1 April (previous record 39.7 °C on 11 Apr 2013) ◼️Dalwallinu, WA – 39.2 °C on 1 April (previous record 39.1 °C on 2 April 1972) ◼️Esperance, WA – 39.1 °C on 2 April (previous record 38.4 °C on 4 April 1978) ◼️Hobart (Ellerslie Road), Tas – 32.3 °C on 3 April (previous record 31.0 °C on 1 April 2014) ◼️Hobart Airport, Tas – 31.8 °C on 3 April (previous record 30.7 °C on 1 April 2005) ◼️Cape Bruny, Tas – 28.7 °C on 3 April (previous record 28.3 °C on 1 April 1941) In Victoria, Melbourne had its warmest Good Friday since 1937 reaching 30.6 °C. On Saturday, temperatures reached 31.6 °C – the warmest Easter Saturday since 1986.Now that La Niña has ended the tropical Pacific Ocean has returned to a neutral El Niño–Southern Oscillation (ENSO) state. Climate models suggest a neutral El Niño–Southern Oscillation state for the coming months. It's important to remember that even though the La Niña is over, there's always still the possibility of significant rainfall, driven by day-to-day weather systems or other climate drivers. It snowed in July 1986, just a friendly reminder.

Last night overperformed, dropped to 58 F (14.4 C) at both reporting stations, probably about 55 F (12.8 C) at my place if I were to estimate. Nice start to April continues, although that's due to come to a screeching halt later this week / weekend, big warm up coming.
76 F (24.4 C) with a 55 F (12.8 C) dew point at the moment, headed up to 81 F (27.2 C) with sunny skies.

3.5°C/38°F at 6 pm today, 24.9°C/77°F same hour 6 days ago. Noice! As Ben said, monthly recors have been broken, sometimes in the same places that broke their monthly record a few days ago! Even knowing nothing about French geography, you can spot Paris on the map. Not even a freeze in Montsouris despite the wind and the -10°C temps @ 850 hPa. Meanwhile -6.9/20°F @ Beauvais airport (Paris' low cost airport).

Lots of stations in Nebraska and southern South Dakota reached the upper 80s F today, with some breaking the 90°F barrier! Sioux Falls apparently had their earliest 90 on record by about a week!
Also, Bismarck has been having some extreme diurnal ranges lately.

Quite a few stations in NJ are reporting single-digit RH values this afternoon.

Scottsbluff has had diurnals of 51, 53, 50, 56, and 49 f to start the month. The first 5 days averaged 80.8/29.0 f !!! Diurnals have been quite big here at 43, 45, 46, 42, and 44 f.

Fairly typical April weather here today. Slightly above average temps with 67/43 here today along with plenty of sun and very dry conditions, recorded a relative humidity of 18% here today, and I'm at the coast. Still not as dry as that 82 degree day back in March when my RH fell to 12%. Possible 70s the next 2 days, then average temps around low 60s for the weekend with some rain.

Today got to 59 (15 c) before a cold front quickly swept through dropping temps to the low 40s with rain.
There was even a rumble of thunder and a couple lightning flashes but wouldn’t really call it a thunderstorm.
Looks like 0.11” (3 mm) fell, still too early in the year for heavy rain it seems.

Snow depth map of Sweden this morning. Officially 2cm in Umeå. The station is located in the middle of the largest open field north of Uppsala (in Sweden) though so snow tends to melt quicker there than in the city due to higher wind speeds.

Pretty much a copy and paste of the weather yesterday. Dropped to 58 F (14.4 C) at both reporting stations and likely about 55 F (12.8 C) at my place. Warming up fast though, already nearing 70 F (21.1 C) as of 9 am. Predicted high is 81 F (27.2 C) and sunny but we'll see, yesterday had the same predicted high and it only hit 79 F (26.1 C).
