Cold end of April this year. The weather has also been very unsettled, it's raining a little every day. Today the weather was slightly better than yesterday. But still, the same pattern continues and it is reminiscent of the poor spring of 2005. Afternoon highs, part of the list that includes all stations.

Very impressive temps last night in Falasarna, Crete Seems to be the warmest overnight low on record for Europe Damn looks like those random hot nights Palermo / Punta Raisi gets from time to time. Absolutely outrageous nighttime temps for the time of the year. Surely you mean warmest overnight low for April?

Has to be a foehn effect as the leeward (north) coast had much warmer temperatures; the 75°F 850 hPa temperatures helped as well. I did mean the warmest overnight low for April for Europe.

A 96.8°F low in Palermo on June 25th, 2007 is a good contender: I believe it's real as Punta Raisi, right at the coast had triple-digit-F temps at 2 AM as well: www.wunderground.com/history/daily/it/palermo/LICJ/date/2007-6-25

^ Wow, looks like full summer there already!
Forecast low of 5C here tonight, which will be our warmest low since October 8th if it happens. Tomorrow's high is supposed to go up to 23C, which will be our warmest high since October 10th if it happens. We've also got a (much needed) chance of showers in the forecast for both Saturday and Sunday. Good stuff!

Weird weather here yesterday (4/29). After the warm, dry day at 81/63, clouds rolled in with a small thunderstorm. Was humid today, it was a high of 72 with dew points in the upper 60s, muggy all day, cloudy, but very little rain. Actually sort of pleasant. Temps are still in the upper 60s and it’s past midnite. Was under a marginal risk for severe, not even a rumble, although 4/28 had some decent thunder and a flash or two of lightning.

Very warm overnight last night, didn't drop below 74 F (23.3 C) and as of noon, it's quite warm at 87 F (30.6 C) with brilliantly sunny skies and puffy cumulus. Pretty idyllic day if it were summer.
Headed up to 90 F (32.2 C) today with a 30% chance of showers and storms.
Forecast is hotter than a blowjob from your girlfriend, with 90+ highs every single day for the next 10 days. Summertime temperatures starting a bit early this year.

The last day of April has brought 13 mm of rain in Riga. Sunny in the afternoon and in the evening with a northerly wind.

Pretty nice month here with 253 hours of ensoleillement. No matter the temp, April is relatively dry and sunny nowadays.
6°C (11°F) cooler than last year for an average high, and the official end of a 22-month-long streak of above average weather.

Quite a difference in leaf out in Munich this year compared to last, is this also the case throughout Europe? Images are same date and time. I found this pic from 23 April 2020, showing what spring foliage usually looks like.
This year, many trees are still bare.
