Up into the mid-70s today here. High of 76, low of 60 with mostly cloudy skies. Lower 70s tomorrow, then 80s Tuesday are projected, with some PM storms. Then cool from May 7-10 and warming back into consistent 70s after that.
Edit: Overachieved the forecast and made it to 81!

Had a shower in the morning, then it turned into a mild, cloudy day, getting up into the mid 60s. A little after 4 PM though, a thunderstorm (well heavy rain with 3 rumbles of thunder) came through dropping the temp 12 f in only 10 minutes.
As of 7 PM, 0.46” (12 mm) had fallen. The dew point reached 50 (9.9 c) today, the warmest so far this year.
I actually missed humid, damp and overcast but dry weather like this afternoon. Could do with more humidity outside of the summer months here.

The weather is so bad you won't let a dog to go outside. Rain all day with a gusty northerly wind and the airport hasn't recorded more than 6C this afternoon in Riga. Some Latvian weather stations in the Vidzeme Highland have recorded snow. One of the coldest beginnings of May ever? Tomorrow the low will leave to Russia and we will get above 10C. That would be good weather in March.

Tornado watches have been issued for northern TX and into OK; softball-sized hail is also possible.

Another ultra low humidity day here today. Currently 8.9C with a dew point of -15.4C, for a relative humidity reading of 16%. Bright and sunny all day long, and still not a drop of rain in the weekly forecast.
If this keeps going, I wonder if we might end up setting a new sunshine record this year. Every year since 2011 has had above average sunshine, and the three sunniest years on record were in this past decade. February and March this year both had around 70% of possible sunshine, April was probably similar (maybe slightly less).
We could also end up giving 2001 a run for its money as the driest year on record. I thought that about the previous few years as well but then the rain came. It remains to be seen if we end up getting a somewhat normal rainy season again or if this dry pattern continues through the summer.

Rather muggy this afternoon & evening following T-storms. Also the first 70°F dew points of the season here.

Today was very hot in the interior peninsula. Immokalee reached 97 F (36.1 C) and several stations in Ocala National Forest got up to 96 F (35.6 C).

High was only 46 (8 c) at midnight today and the whole day hung out in the low 40s (4-6 c) range. Very chilly for May.
It rained all day, 2 day total is up to 1.16” (29 mm).
Next week has a cold snap forecast that could be even bigger than this one. TWC already has a mid 40s high and snow in the forecast.

Meanwhile, hot as shit weather continues in FL for all of eternity. Not a single below average day in the forecast. This May looks like it could be the warmest on record quite easily.

I threw up so hard a bit of poop even came up. The weather is bad, but not that bad. Just rainy and cool weather is expected for Sheffield.

I threw up so hard a bit of poop even came up. The weather is bad, but not that bad. Just rainy and cool weather is expected for Sheffield. We're having highs of 7°C, the average max for May is 16.5°C. So I'd say it really is "that bad". With the current forecast, this month is threatening the old May cold record from 1996 - quite rare I'd say. There's even SNOW in the forecast -never seen that in my life for lowland England this time of year.
May isn't a particularly rainy or cold month here either. So yeah, trust me as someone who's lived 35 years in this country, it's bad!

Had a disgustingly warm overnight low here....didn't go below 78 F (25.6 C) at both local reporting stations, 79 F (26.1 C) at FLL and MIA. Gross as fuck. Today's predicted high is 90 F (32.2 C) per NWS and 94 F (34.4 C) per TWC so quite the discrepancy between the two. We'll see what happens, already 86 F (30 C) as of 11 am.
Forecast looks hot as balls, might as well be fucking July or August.
